Family Subscription Issues

I sent my family a link on Strava to join a family plan (I use it much more than them) and when my dad clicked on it, he tried logging into his Strava, but every time he clicked 'log in' he would get a message saying 'your account had been temporarily suspended, try again later'. He only uses Strava to upload activities and only runs a mile or two a day. He told me he has never changed his email or any of his information. Does anyone know what might be causing this or have any solutions?

This is not an inquiry we can respond to on the Community Hub. The Hub is great for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access such as login help, subscription inquiries, restoring activities, account settings, etc.
