I’ve been using the Strava app on my iPhone 15 for the past few weeks. I have an Apple Watch Series 3 also which I have downloaded the Strava app too. Today when I went for a run I recorded the run via the Strava app on both my phone and watch. My phone said the distance was 8.1km however my watch recorded it as 7.5km. Does anyone know why this has happened and which is likely to be more accurate? Read a few things online saying that Strava on apple watch 3 isn’t great so this may be why?
