Already subscribed and paid yearly membership fee but no membership rights available

Hi, I have paid yearly membership fee but still no membership rights. Pls help check. As far as I know, there is a term that the fee can be refunded if to cancel within 14 days after paid. Pls help process as i have cancel this subscription. Thanks a lot!
