Hi, I have paid yearly membership fee but still no membership rights. Pls help check. As far as I know, there is a term that the fee can be refunded if to cancel within 14 days after paid. Pls help process as i have cancel this subscription. Thanks a lot!

hi team, my name is ritz, i have a question, so i use strava since 20th of july and i only want to use the free trial, but accidently i was billed for a yearly subscription, out of panicking i deleted my account because i cant cancel my subscription (strava is still put bill on my itunes account i havent pay),
i know that account deletion is irreversible so i am confuse do i need to pay the subscription plan or no, if i pay then how can i use it because my account is already in the process of deletion, for your information i created this account to reach out, if i dont pay the subscription i cannot use my itunes please help
