Can't authen first login with mi fitness

I am currently using the mi fitness app with device xiaomi watch s1 active, when I auth with the strava app I get error 403 on the Android app and "error" message on the IOS app, can anyone help me?

Update from our support team: Our team suggests reaching out to the company directly for any questions. To provide some context, we have a publicly available API that hundreds of external developers use to integrate with Strava data. These integrations are built and maintained by those 3rd party developers which means that any troubleshooting questions are better directed their way.
