Hi all,
It seems Garmin still not syncing with Strava two weeks after the apparent fix.
Garmin data goes to connect app instantly with no issue but Strava simply doesn’t receive data.
Strava moderators offered a manual solution which works fine but this issue needs sorting.
As a paying Strava subscriber it’s very disappointing.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hey @Robbie323,
Thanks for you post! Please follow the directions below depending on what the issue appears to be:
One Activity Missing (Activity failed to upload or missing due to sync delays or outages)
Here are instructions on how to export the original from Garmin Connect and upload it to Strava from our upload page. You can either download the original file directly from your Garmin device (under the Activities folder) or you can download the original file from Garmin Connect using the website. The best option would be to export the Original. Keep in mind, if this is a large activity it may export this file as a .zip format. You will need to open the .zip file to uncompress the file to produce the .fit file. If you need instructions for opening a .zip please let us know.
If you see any error messages, please send over a screen shot of the error message along with the file that is producing the error message to our support team.
Multiple Activities Missing (If Garmin and Strava disconnected, uploads may be failing. Please go ahead and reconnect Strava/Garmin.)
Reminder, after reconnecting, you must record an outside GPS activity. Activities will not push over until the following is done:
1) Accounts are reconnected
2) a NEW activity has been recorded.
If you continue to have issues, please disconnect and reconnect Garmin and Strava using a computer (rather than your mobile device).
If your new outdoor, with GPS, activity has not pushed over please submit a support ticket and include the original activity file and the date you reconnected your accounts.
