When recording an activity on the Samsunf Watch 6, the timer never starts and stays at zeroes. There is a heart rate  displayd byt the timer never starts. This is in an indoor workout  the workout is recorded


Is this a fault?

Thanks for posting about this and sorry it's happening.


If you are attempting to record an indoor activity without recording an outdoor activity with GPS first, this error will occur. We are aware of the issue and are looking into a resolution.


The workaround is to go outside and record a short outdoor activity with your watch. (You only need to do this once). The next time you record indoors, it should work as expected.
