How do I fix an issue on Strava where my workout path history doesn't show up?

I'm connecting with Strava through the zepp app. But I'm experiencing a lot of inconvenience because my workout route record is visible on the zepp app but not on Strava. What should I do in this case?

Hey @Ilovestrava123,

Generally, when encountering sync issues we suggest reaching out to Zepp support. This is because those activities are pushed to us from Zepp's cloud service and we have no insight into their system. 

However, I can offer some suggestions:

  1. Try resyncing the activity from within the Zepp app by pulling down slightly on the activity screen.
  2. Please make sure your device has the latest firmware installed and that your Zepp app is fully up to date. 

Please note, doing the next two steps will mean the unsynced activity will not upload and you will need to upload it manually (see export instructions below). 

  1. Disconnect the Zepp app from Strava and reconnect them. Record a new GPS based activity. Does it sync to Strava
  2. Uninstall the Zepp app and reinstall it. Reestablish the sync connection between Strava and Zepp. Record a new GPS based activity. Does it sync to Strava?

If you continue to have issues after 24 hours you can export a GPX copy of your activity and upload it manually:

  1. View the activity history, find the specific activity and view its details.
  2. Swipe left to access the 'more' screen
  3. Tap export
  4. Finally, connect the watch to a computer and download the file(s) find the imported file in the GPX date folder.  /sdcard/gpxdata.
  5. Then upload the file to strava.com/upload/select

If you continue to have issues with syncing, please reach out to Zepp support. Send a screenshot of the activities that you can see on Zepp but not on Strava.  Submit feedback from your Amazfit watch app (APP--Profile--Feedback), and send your Amazfit ID (APP--Profile--ID).
