Saved routes not saving on laptop

Hi. I am able to save routes posted via Facebook onto my mobile app & dashboard saved routes but unable to get them onto my laptop dashboard. Wahoo is only syncing saved routes on the mobile app. I have taken off & reinstalled Strava app but no success
