Windsurfing speed in kn

Hello! I am using Strava for recording windsurfing sessions (amongst others). Although I have selected “metric”, the speed is measured in kn. How can I switch to either kmh or mph? Thanks, Aris

Thanks for posting about this.  We show windsurfing in knots (kn) and it's not possible to change this.  

We do have an existing idea submission on this topic that I would encourage you to take a look at.  We would welcome your comments and vote (kudo).
