Unable to join family plan - Country is correct - Currency seems to be different

I’m trying to join a family plan, but I keep getting a message saying, “You must live in the same country to join their family plan.” My country is set to the UK in my settings, but when I try to join the plan, the price shows in dollars ($) instead of pounds (£).

I contacted Strava support almost a week ago, but I haven’t heard back yet. Can anyone please help me fix this?
