My account it attached to an email I do not have access to anymore. I want to change it but the request goes to the old email?… I have a ticket and am wondering how long it takes to get a response. Just read another person who had the same issue and one thing mentioned is they would reach out on email if more information is needed. That won’t work if they request to the old email?? Any suggestions or can someone let me know how long it typically takes before there is a response? Thanks.
