subscription renewal issue

I raised a support ticket on the 9 Jan (Request #3185238) but I’ve not received a response.

Apple took two payments for my renewal. I contacted them directly and they refunded one of the payments. Since then my strava account hasn’t been subscribed and “restore purchases” hasn’t resolved the issue. 

I’m use to using the subscribed features. It’s frustrating that the payment was taken on the 3 Jan but I’ve not had access to the subscribed features. How can I get help with this?
