    The Outback Bowl Parade in Tampa's Latin quarter. It's held on New Year's Eve, the weather's usually nice, and even if you don't follow college football, you already know people are happy to see another year come to an end. It consists mostly of high school marching bands from the upper midwest... and who can complain about that?
