Good dayI have an old email account that does not exist anymore and I cannot remember my old password.I cannot reset password as I no longer receive emails to the email account.How can I get access to my account without creating a new account? 

Hi. Recently I am having some issues uploading pictures to my activities. White lines (artifacts) randomly appear in either the bottom or the right side of the image. It didn’t happen until very recently.I shoot with an iPhone 14 Pro, edit in Lightroom and export in JPEG. It shouldn’t be a format issue. I’ve tried to uninstall the app and restart the phone. Nothing works and it keeps happening. It is really annoying.  I’d appreciate any kind of help.  Thanks.   

Similar issue, I cannot add emoticons to my strva posts anylonger. When opening google play, I cannot update strava or google chrome either (I assume because it is already the most recent version). What do I miss/should I do?

I have GPX files created via a third party App (Memory Map) which when saved/ converted within Strava are showing the incorrect moving time. These are walking activities but much quicker than the 30 mins for a mile quoted for stop timings. Memory Map stop time is fine. I have asked via a support ticket if this can be adjusted in anyway or walk settings, but after a month response did not answer this suggesting that I increase the logging within Memory Map. This can’t be done as I asked them the question which was answered within a few hours, all within the algorithum used so I guess stravas is different. I have raise a query again. I did wonder if its a software standard issue but could not find on the PC. I had seen people were having issues a year ago with moving times?

Today I completed the Samsung Challenge. I am trying to redeem the offer and enter the draw but it is asking me for my Strava ID. I have tried my name but this doesn’t work. I cannot find a subscriber number anywhere within the account settings on the website. What am I missing?

When using my Google Pixel 2 watch, speed and distance are not recording if using the windsurf or kite surfing activities although it is recording my track, so no issues with GPS locating me, has anyone come across this?I currently have to log it as a bike ride then change the activity type post exercise.I have re installed Strava on the watch but the issue remains

I am experiencing the following issue.Using a Galaxy watch 4. I finished an activity on the watch ( disabled battery saving mode on watch and phone before I finished the activity on the watch. Saw a short message "open on phone" but the acivity did not  appearin stava. Went to settings on the watch and "Not synched" displayed "0". Rebooted the watch and my Galaxy S21 but nothing appeared in strava. Is there any hope to recover my activity?

As an international traveler was one of the coolest features. On the webI no longer can zoom out very far.  No longer see workout aggregates.  Basically difficult/impossible to find my own workouts.  Hopefully this is a known bug or bad release and gets fixed.

I couldn’t sync my device and had to keep logging in and getting codes. I think the system has blocked me. It has been hours and I can’t connect support I just keep getting chatbot. Does anyone know how to get back in?   

All of a sudden, my personal heatmap will not load on the app (android) I've cleared my data, uninstalled, and reset the phone, and nothing seems to work. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I use an R script to retrieve my personal activity data from Strava using the API. I have a 4iiii power meter, and i have discovered that there is a discrepancy between the average power i displayed in Garmin Connect and Strava. On my last ride Garmin claimed 223W, while Strava claimed 167W (Not too big numbers... hehe). That 56W in difference. I have checked that the power meter is registered, and that Strava does not estimate the power. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Can anyone confirm whether the link to push Strava activities to the Android Fitbit app is broken?

I can’t find any option to change the start of the week from Monday to Sunday, am I missing something or is this just a feature that doesn’t exist?

This model won't include any athlete identifier, which makes the information a bit useless in the end. Since APIs are made for machines, and machines identify entities differences between IDs, not having them on the returned models make them invaluable.It would be nice if ClubAthlete had the athlete ID included within its definition. This way, apps for clubs, built on top of the Strava API, can easily map and identify the athletes. Otherwise this is impossible, as there's no other way of identifying athletes related somehow to another one who granted access to the app.

Does anyone know if data from 2 Garmin devices can be used to upload data for the same activity? I use a Garmin Edge for cycling and I’d also like to be able to add heart rate from my Garmin watch for the same activities. 

Hello,Recently, I built an app using the Strava API to automatically retrieve my activity data and store them in a database. I noticed that, using the “https://www.strava.com/api/v3/athlete/activities” API endpoint retrieves the calories as kilojoules, for example “"kilojoules": 637.0”. The calories shown in my Strava account are shown in calories units. Based on the same activity of the above example, I see in my account the value of 427 Cal. However, 637.0 kilojoules are 152.2 calories - that is, a very different number from 427 Cal shown in my account.I wanted to ask if I am missing any other conversion steps or how exactly are Calories calculated in the application but are different from the API? How can I transform the 637 kilojoules to the number that I am seeing in my account? Thank you very much for your help in

Hi,looked but could not find anythign on this but just got a CORE body temperature sensor. It pairs on my wahoo and comes up in the wahoo Element ride data app but does not show up on strava, any way to pair or make the data show up on strava data?thanks 

I have an issue with sharing Flyover videos into Instagram stories. If the workout excedes 10 km  doesen't load. I get an error message "something went wrong" Someone else has this issue or it's just me? I also opened a ticket they got back to me, thwy are workinv on it, but still waiting for a solution.

HelloI suddenly cannot see my monthly overview anymore. The previous graph is now empty except for one month (November). Also my monthly condition graph isn't functioning anymore. Information from the past-previously visible- is now gone. Can anybody tell me what to do to solve this? Thank youEmmy

Hi,I enjoyed visualizing the global heatmap in external programs like QGIS. Importing the map was possible through accessing the website cookies to obtain the specific login session details.It seems like this is not possible anymore during the last two weeks (access denied). Is there any alternative/new way to access the global heatmap for visualizing in external programs?

I want Strava to automatically tally miles on my running shoes when I select Running, and add miles to my soccer cleats when I select Football (Soccer). Seems like I want to add Football (Soccer) as a Default Sport, but maybe there’s a better way?
