I am currently experiencing an a issue when viewing a walking activity on the web interface. The behaviour is browser dependent but basically non of the analysis information is available. The activities display correctly, includes HR, Pace, Cadence and temperature, in the iOS mobile app but not on the web.Any ideas?Microsoft EdgeFirefox 

Trying to share year in review but when my family gets the link it only shows 3 months... no options to view full year. Is the "year in review" just a placeholder on the app till the information actually comes in?  

I'm trying to analyse how much time an athlete spends in a specific power zone based on athlete's zone.When pulling an activity with "getZonesByActivityId" the distribution_buckets values do not match the athlete zones, they are just fixed buckets 0-50, 50-100, 100-150, 150-200 ...The zones for heartrate data are correctly matching the athlete's zone but the power data is not.Any idea why this is happening? 

Has anyone else experienced that their activity feed has shortend? The last few days I can only see a few activities and not any of the previous day's activities. This is quite frustrating.

Ik heb op mijn Wahoo move een indoor training gedaan op zondag 5 januari 2025. Ik heb mijn Wahoo app gekoppeld aan Strava. Mijn rit komt echter niet in strava terecht. In de wahoo app blijft steeds de melding staan “Strava in uitvoering". Iemand enig idee hoe dit op te lossen? Translation: “ I did an indoor training on my Wahoo move on Sunday January 5, 2025. I have linked my Wahoo app to Strava. However, my ride does not end up in Strava. In the Wahoo app the message "Strava in progress" keeps appearing. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? ” 

Client ID: 75056App Name: Fitness Recap My app has reached the athlete limit capacity of 999 and has exceeded the daily request limit of 3000 (read) requests. Many new users are still trying to sign in but are met with a 403 error. If there is any possibility of increasing both the athlete limit and the rate limit, that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!I have already emailed developers@strava.com multiple times but have yet to hear back from them. I’m running 18.2 and 11.2 IOS/WOS and still not showing fitness+ as described in recent announcement.  Any fixes?

As we know Strava activity distances can vary from the proprietary data, this is not a major issue. But, does anyone know why activity start times can vary by ±10 seconds? This seems to be most prevalent on swims and virtual activities but can differ on runs too.

Hello, i have a problem with year in sport.I cant share it for some reason it keeps loading when i click to what i want to share it.Anyone else got this problem? And so how to fix it

Hi guys, I have an issue that is scaring me a bit about possibly losing my account. I created my Strava account with facebook login years ago but want to keep away from it. Since then my FB email has changed but strava kept my old deleted email address when i created the strava account with FB login. Do any of you know of a process to change it ? The change email requires a password but which one since i use Facebook login and the email is not the current one of my facebook account?I currently can still use the strava login with facebook but fear I will be blocked using normal login because i don’t have access that old and deleted email address.

Hello - I've been waiting for over a week to get approval for an app. There doesn't seem to be a way to check on the status of the app, which makes me question whether I submitted it. Any tips on knowing whether your app has been approved? 

A month ago, my application was able to retrieve activities from Strava using the URL /activities/{activityId}. However, it simply stopped working at the end of the year. I am receiving many "Activity id not found" errors. I saw the news about Strava's new policies, but our app is part of the majority that would not be affected by Strava's policy changes, as we only receive the athlete's activities via webhook for registration and analysis purposes by the athlete and coach. Does anyone know what might be happening?

Hi there,I have an application that fetches activities using webhooks. I have been getting errors about exceeding the overall rate limit, but according to my API settings dashboard I’m not actually hitting my limits - can someone help me out with what is happening here? According to the rate limit headers I’m hitting some crazy numbers which I don’t see being super realistic because we only have DAU in the hundreds, so is something wrong on the Strava side?  

The Strava week starts on Monday. For some of us, we’d like it to start on Sunday. Didn’t you go to preschool? Ha ha.Honestly, I designed the title of this question to help Strava see how many people would appreciate this feature. I want to save these 30 days to use the free preview, but strava automatically started the trial 3 days ago without me noticing. How do I end this and save the remaining days?

Starting january 2 my Suunto app does not synch with strava. Very frustrating! Anybody else with the same problem? Maybe a sollution?!Bob from Holland

However, as I understand that due to recent API policy changes, it's no longer possible to display individual user data to others.Is there a way to create a leaderboard that shows the combined achievements of each department, as well as a global leaderboard showcasing the top participants across all colleagues? Thank you,Imre

For the past few days I have noticed that my feed only displays 3-4 activities of my connections. Has anyone else experienced this? How can o get it back to before so I can hand out some kudos  please note this is not an issue with syncing my activities. It’s viewing my connections activities on my feed. 

Dear Strava Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration as we have reached our athlete limit of 999. Despite my efforts to contact support, I have not received any assistance, and my clients are now experiencing issues connecting, resulting in a 403 error.I had previously attempted to communicate with Strava before reaching this limit, but was advised to wait until we did so. What is the purpose of the camera image on the Strava map?

Why can’t i see power zones map in Strava? I use Wahoo’s heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors, yet I cannot see the Zone1-5 readings. Are these sensors and monitors sufficient to calculate the training zones? Please advise.

Hello, I thanks since a few weeks strava doesn’t update the Moving time After sync workout. i use the Apple Watch and the workout running app to record my runs. When i’m done, i open the strava app and sync the workout. After few seconds the run is on strava. in the past, strava analyses the run and updates the Moving time. So stopping formtraffic light was deleted   but now my avg speed etc is worse and i cannot compare my progress.   ‘is this a setting i can change myself? mny thanks in advanced jeroen

Hi,I am referring to Driving Directions – Strava Support.My route starts from Home, goes through various places, and then ends back at Home.When I follow the instructions in the above link, my navigation app (Google Maps) basically just says I am Home, because the directions are only from the ‘Start location’ to the ‘End location’, which are both Home.Google Maps supports multiple locations. Please could the feature be fixed, such that the multi-point route is also reflected on the Navigation Apps?Many thanks.
