Yesterday (14/01/2025), I could make requests to the Strava API without any problems. I have a galaxy fit 3, it syncs to strava through samsung health. But my heart rate data from every workout only shows in samsung health app and not strava although the activity spears in strava. How to I make my heart rate data appear in strava?

I have a galaxy fit 3 I sync to strava through samsung health. But below the activity, the watch model does not appear. It only shows 'samsung health'. Is this normal? Just wondering 

Hi. I often find my activity time is cut short when viewed via the monthly summary. Sometimes by an hour. Any ideas? 🤷

I checked my Strava and saw this a few days ago and I am unable to fix this. There is no activity on my feed that shows this, just my profile. Any ideas to fix it?

Since a few days my new activities aren’t added to my personal heatmap anymore in both Android and web. I tried to forceclose via settings in android, then unselect/reselect heatmap but it doesn’t allow with the errormessage “personal heatmap failed to load”. In web it does allow unselect/select, but nothing really happens, the old heatmap is not updated. added strava to whitelist for site cookies. emptied cache in android after forceclose. added to whitelist adblocker. tried editing the new activities, i use windows/chrome for web. nothing works. thank you for looking into this, this option is quite important to me. I recorded my gym session and run on my Apple Watch workouts app but it has not logged/synced onto the strava app. Can anyone help?

I am looking for a way to export all my activities in a form of the sharepic which I can create inside the app.The API documentation was not giving me any hint on how to achieve this, anyone who has done that yet?

As I understand, the week resets on Monday.  However, my weekly goal reset earlier today (Sunday).  Am I missing something? 

My elevation goal is not updating with running elevation progress even though Strava shows the activity and the elevation which I have completed.

Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles.. The owner of the challenge could weight all activities however they wanted. For exampleSwimming - 10xRunning - 1xCycling - 0.33xHiking - 1.5x Then the winner would be the one with most “miles” (points) at the end of the challenge

How on earth does this work? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and Samsung Galaxy A55. I understand that you toggle on Strava as a synced service through Samsung Health. The watch and phone are synced fine. I’ve given Strava and Samsung Health all permissions, including physical activity and sensors. What shows in the Strava app when they are successfully synced? In the settings bit, I can click two different things. One - ‘Connect an app or device’ with a little watch icon. And two -Manage apps and devices’. The first opens a screen of different watches available, and I select Samsung. It then says ‘visit our support page to connect’ and has a orange ‘get started’ button at the bottom. When clicked, it’s a support post about connecting it - all of which I have done. When I press back, it briefly flashes up with ‘error connecting your device’. The wheel spins in the top right corner of the Strava app too. What do I need to do from within the Strava app to sync and connect? 

Why my Strava iPhone and my Apple Watch apps work independently is a mystery to me. Perhaps Strava could take a lesson from All Trails where the phone and watch apps sync nicely!

I just got back from a ride and feel very frustrated. I started the app when I started my ride and, for some unknown reason, the app only recorded about a third of my ride! ☹️ I did not knowingly pause the ride at any time. The ride shows that I started and ended in the same place, which makes sense, because that’s what I did, but if I had accidentally paused the app at some point, then I would’ve had to accidentally restart it too!I really don’t wanna pay the subscription fee if this keeps happening. This isn’t the first time that I wasn’t able to satisfactorily record my ride! I do take a lot of pictures when I’m riding, so perhaps I stopped it from recording accidentally, but I’m not opening the Strava app when I’m using my camera. On a specific segment my previous PR was 3:07min, dropped to 2:30min today and registered as my new PR on that segment however the leaderboard for the segment still shows my old PR.. Any ideas? Seems broken..  

A couple of feature requests:- Would love to be able to filter my activity feed to only show certain types of activities. Like maybe I'm interested in people's runs but I don't really care to see their daily walk/bike commutes?- Same on the post side: if I could automatically post certain types but keep others private (unless I decide to post later.)- The dream would be if I could choose to mute certain types of activities from particular people. Like maybe I like seeing when my dad takes a walk every few days. But that friend whose watch auto-posts their every step? No so much. But maybe I don't want to mute that person because I do actually want to see their runs. Just not their 30-second walk to the corner store.Thanks! 😄K p.s. I'm in Canada, not Indonesia. I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in , turning phone and watch on an off, but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Manual Gtx file uploads are highly inaccurate. Thanks
