Hi, whenever I use my Indoor mode on Garmin Edge 540, my rides import to Strava as standard Rides, not marked as Virtual in any way. Can we have a fix for this or at least give us the option to choose it in the drop-down?  Thank you!

Hello, after updating the Galaxy Watch to New UI 6. The back button stopped pausing the activity and returning to the home menu, which is very disruptive. I hope they fix this in the next update.

How view Winter Maps? i.e.  the Fatmap topos and winter sports??Hello - in Maps, I click the Sports dropdown and only have Foot Sports and Cycle sports. Where do I add sports, like skiing, please?and where have the winter maps that FatMap had gone??Thanks  

I wonder why Strava randomly picks one of the challenges that are completed in a single activity. Usually Strava picks one that is subpar to the others.. Ie if a 30hr challenge, a 1hr challenge and a 5k challenge are completed i would like to see the one where i put most effort in displayed @ my activity. In this example that would be the 30hr challenge. Tho as said usually Strava picks a subpar one, ie the 5k or the 1hr. Ideally all completed challenges would be displayed, or less ideal but better than random would be if we could choose which challenge will be displayed from a dropbox.

Hello, I loved FATMAP and used it regularly to plan ski touring routes. Now on their site it’s says you have migrated. I have now signed up for a free trial of strava pro. But there is no access to maps that I can find the same way there was on FATMAP. Any chance you can turn FATMAP back on untill you guys have worked through the bugs?  many thanks adam

As I enter my start location and point and click with the crusor the spot i want to go to, it choses a point somewhere else, sometimes close, and even upto 1000 km away.  It is impossible to create a route i was used to.  Even the route that gets suggested, i can not change, impossible to put extra route points or to alter the proposed route.  In chrome and in Edge, I have this problem.  Do any other have this problem?  Is there a way to solve it?  Greetings.

I am not able to show my personal heatmap in app or on web. Android 14, app ver. 396.6. Allready tried to reinstall app or restart phone many times without success. Ticket #3199166  

Latest version of Strava on a Samsung Ultra watch and S24 phone.I want to use Samsung’s run tracker on my watch when running, as it gives me more data at the end of the run and audio updates of speed, heart rate, etc, each kilometre (would be nice if Strava did the same!)As I also want to record the activity on Strava, I have been kicking that off on my phone by hitting ‘Record’ at the start of a run.Whenever I do this, though, when I finish the run, the activity always appears twice in my feed (showing me as having run with myself!). My Samsung and Strava accounts aren’t connected.Any idea how I can stop this happening? 

What is the complicated issue I’m solving?? <<< I lost access to an email address (which was part of a Google suite, so no actual password but click-through logins). I can no longer log into a paid account. >>>That’s literally it. Since I lost my account, I had created another account to contact Strava support. I submitted tickets, emailed the support desk directly, and attempted to call. No help whatsoever. Now if I submit a ticket, it becomes flagged as solved (wth??) All I needed is to change the email to the account so that I am able to log into my account (shouldn’t it be a given if I’m paying the subscription???). It’s not that complicated. You should have built the functionality to recover an account in case they lost an email address or Facebook account. People change jobs and they become logged out of what they had. Don’

I have an oddly specific heatmap issue I am hoping someone may be able to help correct. I often use a bike-train-bike approach to commutes, pausing my watch for the train ride and resuming during the second leg of the bike ride. There are 2 specific efforts where the train ride remains on the heatmap, so using the custom date filter I was able to find each effort and split into 2 activities, then cropped out the last few hundred feet before/after the train, but the tracks still remain in the photo below. As I said, oddly specific, but does anyone have an idea how to correct this minor aesthetic issue?  

Hi all, Since my Fitbit Charge 6 had a firmware update in August (66.20001 .210.26), it hasn't synced my GPS runs recorded through Fitbit onto my Strava account.I've tried removing and reconnecting my accounts over 10 times, reinstalling the apps multiple times. I'm only recording runs through Fitbit, not Strava at the same time.The only way I can get the runs onto Strava currently is to upload the recorded TCX file manually. I don't want to keep doing that. Anyone else having this issue, or is it known by the developers?

When I create a segment, I don't understand why the segment in the opposite direction appears as a segment similarity. It has nothing to do with it, I think it doesn't contribute and it causes the list of suggestions similar to the segment to be very long.

Hello,As I have found on help topic only GPS based activities can be cropped if you forget to push finish. Unfortunately I often forget to finish my weight training activity. What I finally realize it I have only discard it or accept my fail and save 3-5 hours workout.I hope me is not only one person suffering from that. I wondering is there any workaround or methods how to set limit for such activity duration or smth ?Any ideas are welcome.Thanks in advance.Giedrius

Hi, I was interested in trying out a free trial of Strava but I’ve been charged £54.99, I tried cancelling and now I have no premium access and charged the full amount Can someone please help me with this? 

So here’s where I got to -created a new push subscription successfully and got a subscription Id back tested my endpoint to ensure it can process test POST messages ok, and has logging in place to show if it gets called I login as a user and authorize the app with the scope activity:read_all,read,read_all,profile:read_all, and verified that the context with the access token also includes those scopes Now I go to strava and change or create a new activity, but nothing gets sent to my webhook if I deauthorize the app from the settings/my apps page, I see the post getting send successfully to my endpoint with the right Id in for my user, and telling me the athlete has deauthorised. Wondering why I’m not getting any of the activity updates.   My app that the client logs in with works fine and I can query all activities and profile data with the supplied access token.  The Strava developer page for my API shows I have 1

When I get kudos the notification indicator in the iOS app tells me I've got 3 kudos, but when I go into notifications there will be just the one. Likewise when it says I've got 5 kudos, there may only be 2. Anyone else getting this issue?

Hi, I am working for a trail running event organization and I would like to know if it would be possible to create a route from a GPX directly with the API, specifying waypoints in the body. It would allow to generate the iframe to show the route with 3D flyover on their website for each race by just importing the gpx in their website admin dashboard.The important point is that all of their waypoints and gpx files are stored in their database so it would allow to not spend time on strava route creation each year for their multiple races as they would only recreate something that they have already done.Thank you for fatmap integration by the way!

Strava browser web view is archaic and hasn’t changed in 10 years or more!Does Strava have any plans to update this view and make it match the more modern Android app data display? How do I make heart data always display in web view? Mousing over the graph below the map in webview is the only way to obtain certain data, such as the current BPM or the starting/ending minimum heights.  However, the resolution is poor, with a spacing between data points of about 15 seconds.  This is unacceptable. 4. When mousing in webview, it is difficult to control the mouse in small increments.  Should be able to use the cursor keys to move left/right in 1 second increments. Splits should show average and max BPM, if available. Webview shows the moving time and pace but not the average speed. “Elevation” should be changed to “elevation gained”, otherwise people might confuse the number with max elevation.

Hi there! I have a JustGiving fundraising page and I’ve connected my Strava app, but it does not show on my page. It says “paused” then it says to “manage Strava settings”, so I do so, and select the activities I want to show and then each time it “failed to save settings”. I’ve even tried to disconnect and reconnect Strava but nothing helps.  any help is appreciated as I’m training for a half marathon and would love for my Strava to be connected!

If an activity’s visibility is set to “Followers”, when I mention an user, who is not a follower, do they get an information that they got mentioned? I suppose: yes.But does this overrule the activity visibility setting for this mentioned user as well? I suppose: no So, these users get notificated, but cannot see the activity, right?
