Hi Strava team, We have  the 999 Athlete limit and have tried contacting support to request to increase it 200k but we didnt get any update for almost 1month now.Is there a separate contact form or method to get this number increased?Thanks.

I went hiking the day before my flight and forgot to finish the activity session. Consequently, strava recorded the 12,000 km flight as part of the activity.My issue is that now, whenever I go to that activity to close it, strava crashes. This means that I cannot record new sessions. 😞 Any ideas on how I can solve this? 

Hello, I’m having an issue with the progress chart, it doesn’t update on the chart when I finish my run and upload it. I’ve tried to restart my phone ,log out and log back in, installed the las test version and try everything again, but none of them solve the issue.Could someone help me to fix this issue please 

Hi everyone,I’ve been enjoying the "My Year in Sport" feature and taking a closer look at the data it shows for 2024, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies that are rather confusing, and I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this?For example, in my summary, the total distance for "Ride" is listed as 3,880 km, and for "E-Bike Ride," it’s 1,005 km. However, when I check my Training Log and YTD data, the numbers are 3,885.8 km for "Ride" and 1,005.9 km for "E-Bike Ride." Even when I include the small distance from a few "Velomobile Ride" activities, the total still doesn’t seem to add up to the figure shown in the summary.It gets even more baffling when looking at the overall total distance for all activities in 2024. My Training Calendar summary says 5,741.3 km, "My Year in Sport" says 5,753 km, and the Training Log for All Sports shows 5,728.8 km.What’s odd is that at least for running, everything seems to match up perfectly. Hi! Requesting urgent help in checking why my activities are logged on my profile and showing up on my profile’s weekly data. But my activities are not showing up on my overall progress. I have tried manually creating a new activity but the data created was still not logging it to my overall progress. Attaching here a photo of my Progress and of my weekly mileage. 13kms have not been logged which are two run activities. I have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the strava app, updated the strava app to the latest version and disconnected/reconnected my garmin forerunner 55. Still facing the issue even after attempting these trouble-shooting measures.Please advise on how I may fix this as soon as possible, thank you!

After previous ride my Rapha Festive 500 Challenge had 365km completed(which is correct), after todays additional 56 KM , stats show I completed 340km. My activities are public, nothing hidden. Anyone else experienced this?

This is more of a UI fix, than a feature request.I use a 4K monitor, and often have Strava opened on a website in one of the 4 corners of my large display.When I click on the full screen option on any Map within any activity on Strava, the map goes full screen on my entire 4K display, covering all other windows as well. The expected behaviour is that the Strava Map goes full screen on only that browser window.It is up to the user to maximise the browser to the full 4K size, and then click full screen on Strava, if they want that big size of a map. Strava may wish to add both options, but the default should be for the given window, not the entire display.

Feature Request: Allow Users to Remove KudosAs an active Strava user, I'd like to propose adding the ability to remove kudos. This feature would align Strava with standard social media functionality while improving the user experience. Why This Matters1. User Control: Social media platforms universally allow users to control their interactions, including the ability to remove likes or reactions. This control helps users manage their digital footprint and engagement history.2. Error Prevention: Accidental kudos can happen, especially on mobile devices. The ability to undo this action would help maintain meaningful engagement metrics.3. User Experience: While the current "kudos are forever" policy is playful, it may not serve the best interests of users who need to manage their activity history for personal reasons. Implementation SuggestionThe solution could be as simple as allowing users to tap the orange thumbs-up icon again to remove kudos, similar to how likes work on other platform

At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.

Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles..

Hi I have a stages power meter which recorded my power for a ride today on both a Garmin watch and headset. Both recorded 208w average. I had no stops and the Garmin and Strava time was the same, 1:42. However on the Strava app it has logged my ave watts as 181w. 27w lower than both Garmin tools. On the Garmin website it has recorded 199w weighted ave power.  Very confused??

I’ve used Strava with an Apple Watch for several years and it has worked flawlessly, until recently.I use the app to track “Workout” activity while working out with kettlebells. All it needs to do is track heart rate. Because of the way kettlebells move, I flip the watch around so that it’s on the inside of my wrist, and about three inches above where I normally wear it. This worked fine for about the first 18 months that I did it this way. Anytime I would look at the watch face, the app would be active, time accurate, heart rate being tracked, etc. In the last few months, the app seems to shut down during workouts. Many times when I look at the face, the watch hands are showing and the app has disappeared. If I push the watch crown and tap on the app icon, it usually re-appears and picks up where it left off. Hi!I’m trying to reverse engineer the exact split information from the streams data in the Strava API.  It works OK for most cases, but I’ve noticed that there’s often times a discrepancy between the length of the distance/time array and the exact moving time (ie. the `moving_time` field).  In some cases, the streams data is wildly off.For example, all of the streams for one of my activities have length 2316.  But, the moving time for the activity is 2295.  The distance stream ends with a distance 6589.7, but the `distance` field has value 6586.9.  Is there a reason for the discrepancy in streams data? I submitted a request to increase a couple weeks ago before officially launching but never heard back, so followed up with another email today.Does anyone know the typical turn around time and if requests are accepted? Would love to make sure I have a little buffer so users don’t have a bad experience.Thanks!

Hello Strava Community, My application has reached the 999-athlete connection limit, and I’ve already emailed developers@strava.com to request an increase. However, the limit is causing errors for my users, and it’s taking some time to get a response from Strava support. In the meantime, I’d like to disconnect some inactive athletes to make space for new users. Is there an endpoint or method available to remove specific athletes from the connected list? Thank you for any guidance!

Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? I see on strava status there are problems.  We are facing problems submitting activities via API.  Normally this is very stable for years for us so we are pretty sure strava API has errors.  Anyone else seeing this? 

Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). Hello!Today I recorded a Hike activity on my watch. I use Huawei GT5 Pro. For syncing with Strava I use 3rd party app called “Health Sync”.The problem is that the elevation gain measured by the watch is 1004,1m and in the Strava activity is 732m. Hi I've been injured for a while & unable to run. I logged on to Strava today & noticed it had updated and I can no longer find the monthly challenges that would allow me to collect badges. Has this feature been disabled? I can still find my existing trophy case. Thank you 

I use a Garmin HR strap that records running dynamics (GCT balance etc) these are all written into the .FIT file that Garmin export to Strava on completion.It took Strava a while, but they were eventually able to grab the HR data from these addons, so could they do the same for the Running Dynamics data to enhance the analysis side of things.
