Hi Strava community!On my account, it is possible to manually export a GPX file of an activity (not a route, an activity). This GPX file can then be imported in another app (specific for biking stats for example).Is there a way to do it programmatically? On the API documentation, I saw that there is an endpoint to extract GPX for a route but not for an activity.I've understood how to get the list of activities I am looking for from the public API and their ids, but is there a way to get the GPX file from a specific activity?I also haven't found parameters to filter the activity list we can get from the GET activity endpoind (to search for ride activities only for example). This is available using the desktop app.Is there a way to do this? Thank you for your answers.

Hey Guys, a few days ago, I created a new passwort and have logged out from the strava app. When I logged in again, my account was empty and all the activities from the last years were gone. I requested the strava support but nobody answered or helped me. Do anyone tell me what to do or how long does it take, that strava support answer and help me? 

Is there a way to set a group challenge to have members walk 1 mile everyday for a month?This is what Google is showing me:Access the Group Challenge feature: Go to the "Groups" tab on the Strava app.  Set the Challenge Goal: Select "Distance" as the goal type.  Define the Daily Distance: Set the daily distance to 1 mile.  Choose the Duration: Set the challenge to last for a month.  Invite Group Members: Add your friends or colleagues to the group challenge. The problem with this is that I cannot figure out how to set a “daily distance.”  When I’m selecting the distance, and putting in “1 mile” it’s making it seem like 1 mile is the total goal rather than a daily goal

Is it possible to have an open entry when entering the swim distance on the Strava app rather than the constant scroll in 25 yard/meter increments? The web version allows for manual entry and having that option in the app would be awesome!

Hi, Since the 7th of January we have experienced already three times (7h and today two times) that the webhooks have gone crazy. For a period of 1 hour it generates a DoS in our systems.We are returning 200 HTTP code fast, and we make everything else in background. So our sever is suffering.Thank you.

I'm trying to set an informative picture in the top of Club page. But it's very difficult because for the web version, the page is cut. In the App the picture seems ok as expected.The result should be the same for App and Web.I suggest to uniform the picture results between App ad web WEB:APP: 

So i record my trainings with Polar and while i stop the recording for pauses, when uploaded to Strava the total time includes the pauses. That more or less will ruin my avg heartbeats elapsed times etc, is there something i could do?

Is there a way to remove a user from the app. I can delete all the user data from my side, but I can't remove their subscription from strava (from what I can see this isn't possible).I am geting events for users that have been removed and I dont need to have those events.Maybe I am missing something, I would appreciate any help/advice.

Hello,This link explains how to deauthorize an application.https://developers.strava.com/docs/authentication/#deauthorization`access_token` is a required param. Does it need to be active? Or can it be expired?I'm assuming it can be expired. For example, a user should be able to deauthorize an application many days after they initially authorised it.Thanks!

Hello Allcan you please help me to find out that why every time access key is expire.i have a website where i need to fetch all the races of a user who have account in strava, now i have created that user access token key and store in my database, every time when user come and want to see all races its showing that your access key is expire, again i have to regenerate the key and the process going on. kan anyone please tell me why its happen?

I want to be able to see my total weekly elevation gain across all “human powered” sports.This is somewhat possible by selecting “All Sports” in the progress page in the app.The problem is that it also includes elevation from Alpine Skiing and so all the lifts - this is none sense .It should automatically exclude non “human powered” sports or at least allow for a multi select interface.

Dont know if this will open a can of worms - 1)I do all my activity with Apple Watch and it's pretty good for reading my HR and effort. My latest fave sport is off road e-mountain biking - I have a Bosch engined bike which displays my HR on my apple watch via the Bosch FLOW app, and at the end of the exercise automatically uploads my data to Strava including power, cadence speed etc but no HR which is fair enough as FLOW has saved this to apple health. At the same time Apple health will record an activity which it automatically recognizes as an e-bike activity and records all my parameters INCLUDING HR. I think it is triggered to do this by the flow app sending my HR data to my watch. When I then look at the Strava workout, it has automatically recorded my ride, but hasn't uploaded the HR data DESPITE having permission to do so in my Strava iPhone and watch settings. In my haste to get a run tracked on the Apple app, I accidentally started a weightlifting session instead. When I finished the run I saved the activity without realising it wasn’t classed as a run. I’ve got as far as Exporting the Original but this has only tracked the duration and no other data points. Is there any way to retrieve any of the run data or have I lost the run data forever? (I wouldn’t usually mind, but this was the last section of a long race after my watch died and I’d hate to lose the info).

Hi.He have this activity: https://www.strava.com/activities/13415348821/laps In Strava WEB there is a lap of 20min 40 seconds, and if you look at the same activity in Android app, the lap is shown as 20min 00 seconds. There are 40 seconds of diference. I would like to show you the screenshots but you can check it by yourselves following the link.¿Why this big diference?I asked this because we had an api integration with Strava and we have the 20.40 data, and de client wants the 20.00. Hello! I went for a morning run today and my watch recorded the activity via the Strava app on my watch but it never synced to my Strava app on my phone. Under the Strava settings on my watch it says that there are no activities that haven't been synced yet. It looks like I completely lost the activity. Is there a way to restore it please so I can attempt to sync it to my phone app?

HiI just want to know why all my Zwift indoor racers are not listed on all best efforts under ride. It is only showing outdoor cycling information. Most of my best efforts are coming from Zwift.Can there not be a droping down bar for indoor rides.Please helpThank you

Hey,It's been more  than a week since I submitted a support request and still no response.

A bit of a bizarre one. When adding a manual treadmill run I put the title as follows "60 mins @ 17.0kph." When saving the run it will only show "60 mins @".  If I keep editing the run to add the speed back in it won't show when saved. However if I edit it to show "60 mins @ 17.0kph" (note without the full stop at the end) then it will save fine. The same happens whatever the speed entered, it seems like Strava doesn't like full stops!Obviously it doesn't bother me, just a peculiarity with the software that seems a little strange!

Many of the leaderboards for segments in urban areas (especially those next to highways) are riddled with blatant vehicle travel "rides". In nearly every case, a rider neglects to stop recording their ride when they get in the car to drive home. The result, in the case of most segments following major roadways, is the top 30 leaderboard spots boasting outrageously inhuman times--i.e. 72 mph on a flat road for 10 minutes, etc. I suggest that a flagging algorithm should be setup in the Strava software that automatically removes certain rides from the leaderboard under strict parameters. For example, on a flat/uphill road, it is physically impossible to ride a bicycle, electric or otherwise, faster than 70 mph, for any length of time, barring outrageously extreme circumstances. To prevent vehicle travel from clogging up an upsetting proportion of urban segment leaderboards, Strava could auto-flag those rides which exceed human-effort plausibility, such as the parameter desc
