Hello Admin,I am already submitted my application for review my application since December 2024, since then we also create ticket to developers@strava.com and got ticket number in the title but until now have not received an answer.Can we get update for our application to increase the athlete and rate limit?

Hello, the "number of allowed connections to fitness influencers" for us is 1, and we hope it can be increased to 5,000. It has been two days since we submitted the application on the page, but we haven't received a reply yet. If the expected requirement cannot be met, to what extent can it be increased temporarily? The product has been launched, and we hope this can be processed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am trying to setup a webhook subscription and am getting an error “GET to callback URL does not return 200”.My callback URL is:https://a0410022.fmphost.com/otto/receiver/Strava.fmp12/channel_activities?hub.verify_token=STRAVA&hub.challenge=15f7d1a91c1f40f8a748fd134752feb3&hub.mode=subscribe&apiKey=[KEY]Which does in fact give a 200 OK response (see images 2 and 3, response and headers).Why is the /push_subscriptions POST throwing back an error that the callback URL “GET to callback URL does not return 200”?

Hi. Alpine Ski doesn’t either show in activity calendar or count into club statistiscs. I would definitely like that to count into the stats. It does just not make sense that it’s not inkluded there. Ofc only the active time. Is there any plan to add the statistics into Strava clubs and own activity calendar?

I just got flagged on a 6 mile ride that I've done 74 times with consistent results.  The flag does not give any indication of what the actual issue is. It says crop the ride, change the activity, etc. The flag is wrong but there is no way to remove it. Is there a better app than Strava?

Hello, so I’m using an iPhone 14 Plus with the most recent iOS version, I tried the Strava widget but it does not update, does not show any activity, I already uninstalled and rebooted my phone but nothing… how do I fix it?  

Since the strava has athlete intelligence launched, which AI based insights or analysis I can do for my own application?What things will be allowed in this case?Will a summariser for months data and analysis of months data be okay? since strava only provides athlete intelligence considering one single activity.

Since the past two days, I haven't been able to see the heatmap. The button is missing in the Android app. I've tried it on different devices and have also reinstalled the app. There is just the possibility to select Point of Interest.I have a premium membership. 

Hi,Strava continually shows lower power reading when compared to power reading on my Garmin.  I have disconnected Strava from my Garmin several time and it still shows lower power reading.

The Ice Watch is said to be compatible with Strava, according to their website and documentation.The Android Ice Watch app has a ‘connect to Strava’ feature.But when I try to connect it says: ‘Request failed’. No reason, just failing. How can I learn what the underlying problem is?

Hi All,Is it just me, or can we not create segmenst for MyWhoosh Rides? I know it will be a private segment, but at the moment I cant even do that. When I want to save the segment, I just get a screen that says Strava is offline. I’ve been trying for hours, without luck.TIA

Does anyone know if that feature is just gone? I really liked seeing my personal heatmap when I opened up the map from a new activity, or seeing it when I opened up the map for someone else’s. I just don’t have any option to add that layer now, does anyone know how to restore it?

Hi, I've upgrade to the family plan and invited 3 people to join. We all live in The Netherlands, however 2 people get the error message that they don't live in the same country as me. We all live in the same city in the same country, so we should be able to join in the family plan. Please help out.

Saved Routes not showing. I’ve just imported a GPX file for a route i’ll be riding tomorrow on my Mac. I can see the route map in the google browse, but when i open Stava on my iphone, all my own routes are missing; not loading. iOS 18.1.1. I’ve also tried it on my work iphone, but same problem. I’ve read on this community, that others are experiencing similar problems. I’ve logged out, closed the app, logged in again, same problem. I’ve also shut both phone down, restarted them, logged into the strava app again, but still not routes.I need this to work, it’s the reason i’m paying to use the app.

Is it at all possible to change the map back to the way it was before the recent update? Whenever I click on a ride now, the formatting of the ride map is very klunky and hard to navigate or view (line is too thick). I also can no longer overlay my rides with heat maps which is disappointing. To me this is a case of, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

The user who set up our Strava developer account has now left the company, the users who could have set up that account have left the company and their email accounts have been deleted.I have the client ID and secret for the application and am looking to change the callback url.Is there a way for me to change the email on the account? Alex

If you click on the "Challenges" tab in the top of web-based Strava you get a nice overview of all the available changes and it shows which ones you joined. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, on this page it is not visible on this page:- Which challenges you already completed- What the progress is on your challenges, e.g. 8km out of 100km targetAdding this helps in targeting a specific challenge to complete and prevents that you have to click through on each challenge to see its details.

Note error in title: not visible on Strava App on device nor in my activities. The file has not successfully loaded into Garmin via my 1050 edge. I think somehow it may have synched via the web and bypassed the garmin upload to garmin connect (and then to Strava). 1040 works flawlessly; 1050 - not so much.  Tried to add it via the .fit file and had little success.https://www.strava.com/activities/13708359691 what am I doing wrong ? is the .fit file corrupted on my garmin ?  how to I repair that ( reset device ?) it’s brand new but ok.  feedback appreciated.Kevin

Today I went on my first bike ride since December and when I ended/saved my activity I noticed that for some reason Strava hid my start and end location. Why? Is this a bug? Anyway I went into my privacy settings and the start/end hide, which I had set to off, was changed! Now I have a hidden start and end that I want to unhide so that my followers can see them.  How can I unhide them? I can’t find any obvious way to do this in the app. Do I have to use the website?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.I wish programmers would be more considerate and not mess with personal settings, or log you out of an app when it upgrades, or time out your log in (well except for sensitive apps like banking), etc. I haven’t had any log out problems with Strava but this setting changing by itself was annoying.

Is there any way to plan training on Strava? I signed up for a half marathon running training plan, but I can't see upcoming activities to do in my calendar. Is there this functionality in the app?

Hello, can someone please explain why my last gravel ride was not counted to my monthly goal? Under the main current km number 59km are missing (117km is showing), but this overall distance is actually display correctly below (176,2km) in smaller letters… Thanks! 

Hello,my garmin automatically starts an activity when I go out to run some errands. It is generally activities that are less than 15 min. And  then the activity appears on my strava feed. Is there a feature to automatically exclude all activities that are less than certain amount of time?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy watch 6 and for the last 2 activities I did, both running, the map is not showing. Both activities are done outside and surely has a clear GPS signal and I have always been in the same route for previous activities recorded and posted in Strava. I can’t identify the issue. Can you help me?

Every ride shows “Type of Ride” as “Commute” by default.  How do I turn that off? None of my rides are “Commute”
