So I’ve noticed that not long ago my biggest climb changed to 4105m, from a ride where the total elevation was 299m, and on top of that, was done in 2018. I’ve tried to see if i could manually change it without deleting the ride but to no avail. I do not want to delete the ride by the way, but i would like to see this corrected as it’s a bit annoying and unfair to the real stats which i work hard for ;)

I recently lost my phone and cant get on to my strave. I forget how i signed up. I could have used facebook although i no long use facebook so have no access to the account. **edit** i got on to the facebook i think i used although now because i made a new account with the same email it is only bringing me back to the new account. I can see that my old account and activities are still there. *** i have tried any email addresses i have access too and i have had no luck. I made a new strava although i am still trying to get my old one.any help?

I have my strava setup with my Facebook login. Now not able to login . Please assist. Getting this issue. I have an active subscription too.  

To change email linked to my account its need the pasword but as I have log my strava account with Apple I havent one. How can I change it?

I have recently acquired a Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro to replace my old Amazfit GTS that I'm giving to my dad (as he lost his old one), and when I tried to link the Mi Fitness app to Strava, after the auth page I got a page Error 403: Connected Athletes Limit Exceeded. I've gone back and forth, even disconnecting my previous connection to Amazfit from my Strava account, but I still get this same error and they simply don't connect I've also spent quite a bit of time browsing to see if there was any other end user with the same issue as me, but I haven't been successful. Anyone has got a fix or a workaround?  Deeply appreciate it.

How do I view the details of an e-bike segment when I just have it's name?I used the 'Don't see the segment you're looking for' feature to show me other segments in the area of my E-Bike ride - this gives me the name of a segment that I want to look at. But there seems to be no way of actually seeing the segment details.The segment I'm interested in doesn't ever appear on the segments map - maybe because it's not well used? Even if I had the segment ID number I could look it up that way - but I can't get any info about it apart from the name. Any ideas?

I used 'Draw your own route' with iPhone app and was able to finish it. Once I saved it it is no longer there. Now when I click on Maps -> Routes to check routes for my city, I see only 3 old ones. I don't see the ones I created. On the other hand, once I logged in your website, I am able to see all routes I created.

Just want to check if anyone know how long it takes for strava to reply to a support ticket? its been 2 days now and not sure if my ticket is still open and if i followed the right steps. 

I did an indoor workout (no GPS data)  but accidentally left the watch running after for 22 hours.  I want to crop it.  But the “Crop” option does not appear when I click the “...” menu.  How do I crop this?  Did they move the crop options?

No issues with the app other than the Who To Follow feature. Please add an option to hide this. I am not interested in this at all and nor is anyone else I know who uses Strava. Did Strava copy this from Facebook as I dislike it on there too! 

Only Garmin's Overlanding data is not uploaded to Strava, but other types of activities are uploaded properly. What is the problem? Is there a solution?

When I compliment fellow runners on their performance and achievements, not the entire sentence comes out on the message that they receive. It only shows +- 80% of the message, long or short message.

I can’t connect the GloryFitPro app with the Strava app. When I try to authorise it shows the error message : "Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded” Can anyone help me solve this problem.

We host a weekly clubride with multiple routes on the same date and time. We used to share the links to the routes in the event text plus a link to our rules and guides. Since the weekend Strava keeps deleting all links from the event text. Is there a work-a-round to cover the links from detection or to have a link sektion in the club event form? Cheers Tobias

Hi,I chart my runs through Nike Run app which auto-pushes to Strava, but not all of my runs seem to be synching. For example, last week I went on four runs that still show up in Nike Running: monday treadmill, wednesday outdoor, friday outdoor, saturday outdoor. But, only Monday and Friday runs appear in Strava as well. Similarly my weekly miles in Strava match the mileage of the 2 runs recorded there, not the total of 4 actually taken and appearing in both the health app and Nike Running correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

This started today, 2/7.  In Route Builder, the pointer is offset to the left of the actual pointer by a significant margin.  It makes it impossible to pick waypoints or create a route.  I’m running the latest version of Microsoft Edge on Windows 11, if that helps.  I’ve tried all the basics: Computer reboot, cntrl-f5 page reload, cookie deletion, but the problem persists.  Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Strava, my wife is unable to log in to her premium Strava account using her “Log in with Facebook” credentials that she has done since creating her account.The log in process sometimes works but takes her to a “Create your profile” page with no details, no subscription, no followers etc.Can you assist please? Obviously she can’t log in herself to create this request.

Is it possible to recreate an access to my original strava account? I lost access after i changed the facebook profile mail, since that i can not log in to strava. For login, i have always used facebook option. Old facebook mail was martavkelly1@azet.sk and the new one is palaj.martin1@gmail.com, same as is the mail of this temporary account used just to troubleshoot. I created the ticket more than week ago, but there is no response.Request #3208197

I connected my Strava to a friends NYRR account for a race last year as they don’t have a watch. I now have their trophy in my trophy list - is there any possible way to remove it ?
