Strava are ignoring for over 2 weeks my ticket. I purchased a family plan, but no-one can join. It says they are in an incorrect country, but our locations are identical.
Does anyone know how to get Strava to help before I have to do a credit card chargeback?

Hi
Other people with the same issue had to wait for Support to fix their country code (as they might have originally registered in a different country by mistake, or for cheaper subscription, or they moved), it's the only way. This community hub is users helping/advising each other, but anything subscription related has to be handled by Strava Support. Fingers crossed that they get back to you soon.
