I have bought strava subscription to create routes and its broken for 1 week without any fixes for it.

None of suggested fixes by logouting or logging back in are working, clearing cachce or reloading scripts are not helping.

For one week there is no way to use this premium functiollity, its should be number one priority. And no, i wont be building routes for 80km bike rides on mobile phone, or downloading 200 years old internet explorer web browser to use paid functionality.

Its just offset issue, if you dont know how to fix it, hire me, i will fix it by myself as web dev.

I was trying to build routes even with this 1 week bug, but its impossible. As soon as you click on house and not route, entire route builder will get stuck in please wait screen and i can start building route again, bcs i dont know where iam clicking.

When it will be fixed finnaly ?

Doesn’t work on my desktop, multiple browsers. It allowed me to create a route just last night.

Switched to my work laptop and it works in Crome

Hi, this is already discussed in the following thread, a member of the Strava team has already confirmed there that they're looking into it:

Using Chrome version 133.0.6943.54 (Official Build) (arm64). Deleted ALL Strava cookies. Restarted computer. Map builder still not working, start points are broken, insert waypoint is broken, the system is unusable currently. It’s been two days - a follow-up would be appreciated.

I have the same issue, tried both on:

Brave v. 1.75.175 (chromium 133.0.6943.54)

Edge v. 133.0.3065.51

Same problem, different offset.

On Firefox no issues so far. I concur with the above posters that this must be some issue with the latest version(s) of chromium vs the inner workings of the route builder.

This issue just started occurring yesterday.
Chrome on a Mac:  Version 133.0.6943.53 (Official Build) (arm64)

The location of the cursor for plotting a route is different to where it plots on the map (further to the left).  Seems okay in Safari. Anyone else experiencing this?

Video of issue below.

@Bryant I just built a route with it and it worked correctly.  Same computer and browser as noted in my initial post.  You all work fast!
