Promo code on renewal

Hello. I feel like crying....😫

It is the second year now that I cannot get my 50% promo code to work.

Can anyone assist me in showing me where to enter the promo code so I can redeem it? My subscription is ending today and the only option is via apple store where there I no option but to pay the full subscription.
