ideas should be implemented and allowed to evolve with further feedback. Do not suggest you have done and finished a change and that is enough. 

e.g

Adding a poor feature for organising routes does not constitute a reasonable 'delivered' phrase and suggesting the thread is no longer ongoing

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on our idea statuses. We appreciate the feedback and understand that the implementation of route filtering wasn't fully satisfactory to you. The update that was released enables the search and filtering of routes on web by Sport Type, distance, elevation, creator & more, which corresponds to the core idea "Organizing and managing routes" - therefore we marked it as delivered.
You wrote "ideas should be implemented and allowed to evolve with further feedback" and we strongly agree. Your suggestions are encouraged and by no means are we closing the door on the discussion of this topic. We are requesting that if there are further suggestions related to Routes, a new idea should be created for each separate suggestion. This helps us keep the forums organized and makes sure suggestions are easy to find and votes for them aren’t divided across duplicate ideas.
While our team reads and responds to inquiries, we generally cannot speak to the direction of the product, nor discuss product or policy decisions or opinions.
