I occasionally get the following notification, not consistently but it seems to appear sometimes when I record a workout on my Apple Watch (in the native workout app) without my phone, or if my phone/watch are on airplane mode without internet access:
If I click on the notification, I am taken to a screen like this in the Strava app:
From here, I can just tap Import to pull the missing workouts into the Strava app and it works fine. However, the notification doesn’t always appear, and I cannot find any way to access this page directly within the app. Is there a simple workaround, or am I missing the way to access this page? I’ve looked everywhere and it does not seem to be in the app unless I click directly through the notification.

Replying to my own post because I found the answer and want to share for anyone who has the same issue. In the app, to go Settings > Manage apps and devices > Health under Services to access the Health Settings page from my original post. I simply hadn’t realized that “Health” was clickable since it has a check mark next to it, but it opens a whole new menu. Hopefully this helps someone!
