I broke my Samsung S20 FE and replaced it with a Samsung A35. I use the free version of Strava. When I loaded the Strava app on my A35, none of my history since 2018 appeared.
What happened? How xan I retrieve and download my activity history?

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble. What you're describing is often caused by having duplicate Strava accounts. I recommend signing out of Strava and signing back in, making sure to sign in with the email address you used to set up your original Strava account.
If that doesn't help, please submit a support ticket and someone from our Support Team will be able to assist you with this.
