No content on PC

Has anyone had experience of content not showing on a PC? We can see all the drop down options such as activities and profile but then when the option is clicked there is a blank page. It’s only the one PC but it worked until a couple of weeks ago. We haven’t changed anything on the PC.It works with both our profiles on other devices such as iPad and laptop. Any thoughts please?

Hello, I have experienced the same problem and discovered it is caused by adBlocker. When I disable adBlocker on strava it seems to be working fine.😉

Hi @DebbieW

Thanks for giving that a try.   Please check and make sure you are using one of Strava's supported browsers.  If you're not, please switch to a supported browser.  If you are, please try a different browser.  That will help us determine if this issue is browser related.  Thanks so much.

Hello yes we are using a supported browser google chrome. This is what we use on the laptop too which displays all the information - its a really weird one

Did you try do disable all AddOns on that browser? Maybe there is some ad blocking or script blocking at play.

Hello @DebbieW

Thanks for posting about this.  One thing that can cause this is if you accidentally signed into a duplicate/empty Strava account.  I would recommend signing out of Strava on the PC and then sign back in, being sure to sign in using the email address and password that you're using everywhere else.  Please give that a try and let us know the results.

Hello Jane, thank you for your reply. We have done that and nothing changed so we still have the problem. Debbie
