Hi! My polar flow app doesnt sync with my strava. I don't know what happen because everything was okay last week.
I see polar flow connection at the Strava website (my apps) but I can't see anything in my Strava app at my devices.
Can you help what happened and why? Can you help me with solution?
I've uninstalled Strava, installed it again, restarted my phone and refreshed Strava. Still not syncing.

To resolve the issue with Polar Flow not syncing with Strava, try disconnecting and then reconnecting the apps. You can disconnect from third-party applications via Strava's app settings.🙂

I am having the same issues. I have disconnect and reconnect Polar 3 times now each time Polar accepts and gives me to good to go. In Strava app it doesn’t show as any partner apps still.

Please go ahead and disconnect from the application and then try reconnecting. You can disconnect from any third-party applications here:
https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Once you reconnect your app please let us know if you continue experiencing problems.

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times, and Polar does not show up in Strava (though Polar seems to think it’s connected). Please advise.
This had worked for several years, but stopped working yesterday.
Update: Polar appeared in Strava some minutes later, so this process may just be laggy. It’s not syncing, but that’s a different issue.
