Run is stuck on "Processing Activity"

Hi everyone,

My recent 13km run is stuck on "Processing Activity" in the  app and isn’t moving forward. I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps but haven’t had any success. What can I do to retrieve my run data and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
