Club Verification Process

I along with some other members of Strava’s Club Organizer Network (link) have submitted forms to have our clubs verified but have yet to hear anything from the Strava team - is there a standard ETA for this process as it was many weeks since an application was made.

My Club ID is CPFR (https://www.strava.com/clubs/CPFR) and i would appreciate if someone could help to review the application and verify my club.

Hey @Rich-Running, 

Thanks for your post. The club verification process can take up to 2-4 weeks. Please note that in order to be verified, we do have the following basic program requirements: 

  • Active: Your club must be active, for example, regularly posting, hosting events, encouraging conversation among members, etc. several times a month. 
  • Authentic: You are authentically affiliated with this club. Including an authorized representative of the brand, club organizer, or community leader.
  • Notable within your peer group: You must be a well-known and/or highly searched for Strava Club (a recognized brand, community organization, creator/athlete/influencer, expert, or otherwise notable organized entity)
  • Safe: Your club provides a safe space for people to express their views and opinions with kindness and camaraderie, just like a team!

Additional requirements:
-You adhere to the Strava Terms of Service and Community Standards.
-You agree to actively work against discrimination in the Strava Community.
-You opt-in for consent to be featured as a means to grow your club, and engage with the Strava community.
