I have set a distance target for my cycling stats this year but I’m unable to find a feature that will allow me to set a target for feet/metres climbed.is anybody able to point me to where this can be found or is Strava able to get this added as a feature please?

Looks like this has been a problem for over a year, Strava says its a "known problem". If that is true its known who's problem it is, Strava or Garmin. Strava's bandaid is to unstar all the segments and sync the device to flush the segments, then re-star the new segments you wish to load. Suggestion: make a list of the segments you want to keep with correct spelling. My issue with this overtly cumbersome process is I only get 60% of segments uploaded. If I star one segment, it doesn't appear. 2 segments, one of the two will be uploaded. 20 segments I will get 13 segments in the Garmin, with no control over which 13 appear. If this process is the only solution then using Garmin segments makes more sense.

I have Strava app on phone and watch, when following instructions on watch it points me to - https://watch.samsung.strava.com/ When I access the site I get the following error - {"message": "Internal server error"} I have tried different browsers on different devices and get the same error on all of them. 

I've just begun using Strava to track my soccer sessions. What advice do you have for a beginner like me? Also, I'm curious about your soccer picks – any recommendations or predictions for the upcoming matches?

This is a strange happening that started recently. I usually run Strava and RWGPS at the same time during a ride. Most of my bike club members use Strava to record their rides to share their results. I also run RWGPS so that I can use the turn by turn cues.I’ve never had a problem running both apps at the same time until recently, where partway through the ride I no longer hear either of the two speaking. The apps still run perfectly, recording the route where I can end each one and save the results.I also noticed recently that Strava is also back to using the default voice. I had changed my default voice on my iPhone to a British English voice and Strava adopted that when giving me my “starting ride“, “stopping“, and “resuming“ cues. It’s no longer doing that no matter how I set my iPhone settings.It was suggested by RWGPS that I run the apps separately and not at the same time. Everyday I log my commute and track my progress under profile quick and easily. It’s been moved ? Where? I can’t find my progress for the year and stats …

impossible to synchronize but run from the watch, several cross tests done without success, wifi deactivation, watch restart,... nothing works!

Hi - I had a Fitbit Charge 2 watch for several years and all activity on my fitbit that used my iPhone's GPS was automatically sinced to Strava without any intervention from me. I just switched to apple watch recently and when I start an activity, I either manually start it in the activity app on my watch or the activity is auto detected on the watch. I have activated my strava account in apple health ( and vice versa) but my activity on my apple watch does not auto import in Strava. The activities does show in Strava but I need to manually import each of them. Is this the normal behaviour ? Am-I missing any setting ? Thanks !

Is it possible to edit the 3 default activity buttons on the Strava app on the Galaxy Watch? And to remove buttons on the full activities list? I can't seem to find a way to do it, and I may just not have found the correct search phrase(s) but not finding any info on the forums or Google on how to do this.  Thanks!

I did a ride yesterday.  When I finished I did not have internet (until the next day).  I stopped the activity and left it open over night.   Activity was gone this morning.  Is there a way to get it back?

I'm using the Indoor Run option to sync with treadmill runs. Consistently 0.1 to 0.15 miles behind actual. Outdoor runs no issues. Is there another setting to be adjusted?

Hi,  firstly apologies if this has been suggested or is fixable already within Strava. I'll be clear, I have not issue personally with heatmaps however, when I am following a saved route it is not helpful or useful having my global heatmap both the same colour and overlaid onto the map that I am trying to follow.  It would be more useful to have the saved route either as a separate colour or, preferably, turned off altogether.Trying to distinguish the route I am trying to follow from a heatmap that are both the same colour is confusing and quite frankly exasperating.

So, my main sport is mountainbike enduro racing and some XC riding. The decisions to block segments with a -0,25% slope removes 98% of the segments i want to ride and it includes both XC & enduro trails. I would like the option to sync those segments on my own risk to my polar watch so i can use the Live segments function. The only thing a want out of it is to see the final time when i have finished my run.Those segments are dangerous with rocks and trees so when strava decides to remove those segments for me it does nothing for my safety, One of the most popular XC trail nearby is claimed as hazardous because it has 2-3 50meter slopes on a 6km mostly flat trail, and it is a mess to send a "false hazardous flag" all the time

Is anyone else excited about the NYC Marathon coming up on Nov 5?  I know I am. More than 50,000 runners will descend on the starting line in Staten Island and pass through all 5 boroughs before finishing the race in Manhattan's Central Park. I've finally gotten fed up with the Adidas Running app. It was terrific until Adidas bought it but it's gone steadily downhill. I have a Galaxy S22+ and a Galaxy Watch 5. The app constantly loses GPS connectivity and to top it off, most of the time it refuses to take the Samsung Health data to replace a bad workout. So, I've started a trial of Strava and can't seem to find out how to do the following which I can do with the Adidas app: Sync the heart rate monitor in the Galaxy Watch 5 which runs on Wear OS 3 (it didn't work with my Watch 4, either) to the app on the phone. Get audible feed back in time and distance. For instance, with the Adidas app, I can get feedback every two minutes and every half mile. I don't want to have to constantly look at my watch or to use the watch app to get that feed back. Looking forward to any advice anyone has.

Hi,I have a Garmin Vector 3S potenciometer.When activate Garmin connect sincronization, all data power appear in Strava, include NP, IF...I want to share data power, but not all data power. I refer to this:In other users, I see that only appear this data from his potenciometer:This last example is how I want to show my power data.Is possible make this?
