Hi there!I am excited about this new awesome community feature!I am an avid long distance runner and just completed my latest half marathon race at 1h44. I mainly run in the foothills of The Rocky Mountains in Alberta. I love Strava. It’s amazing. I am a software dev manager and appreciate high quality software and Strava is top of class!🏃‍♂❤️🏃‍♂

First ride using the Strava app on my Apple Watch Ultra. Everything looks good with the exception there is no calorie burn shown in post ride data. Any ideas what I've not configured correctly?  Thanks,Wynn

The mobile route builder is very poor quality at the moment. Not being able to choose terrain is a no-go on many road bikes. If you're touring and have no easy access to the desktop version, it's basically useless. Last time it tried to guide me up a mountain through a steep dirt trail instead of following a slightly longer paved road. There is a lot of MTB around, don't get the heatmaps mixed up! Speaking of gradients: also on desktop, why not have a filter based on max grade and not only elevation? Sounds like a neat idea. Speaking of desktop version on mobile: constantly redirecting me to the LIMITED app is simply annoying. I am using my browser instead of the app on purpose! Just ask the user whether they want the desktop or mobile version when they enter the website, like most others do. Hi,I support a website that, via the Strava API, allows our users to sync their activities from Strava into our system.We have an occasional error with activities not syncing properly, and I have a suspicion it is related to an activity being returned to us with a "null" value for the map node.Here is a snippet of the resulting JSON of a call to getActivityById():..."athlete_count": 1,"photo_count": 0,"map": null,"trainer": true,"commute": false,"manual": false,... Here is a snippet of a test activity I added for myself via the Strava website, with no map data associated:..."athlete_count": 1,"photo_count": 0,"map": {  "id": "a7974877761",  "summary_polyline": "",  "resource_state": 2},

I imagine that a large proportion of Strava users have multiple bikes for different types of rides(road, mountain, gravel, Peloton...).  Two key issues.  1) It is far too difficult to assign a particular bike to a ride.   It would of course be ideal to be able to pre-assign diff bikes by ride type(e.g. Trail ride = mountain bike / Peloton Ride = Peloton bike).  Short of that, making it easier to manually assign specific equipment to an activity would be a big improvement.  Presently takes multiple steps to get that done.  Why can't it just be done with a pull down within each activity. 2) eBikes need to be directly addressed.  It's becoming obvious in some of the leaderboard comparisons that ebike results are being ranked against non-ebike times.  I suggest that the difficulty in assigning equipment to an activity makes this problem much more likely.  Many people won't make the effort to manually fix each ride

In the spirit of making Strava even more "smart", it would be nice if we could automatically tagg certain activities based on historical ones. Eg. If I am commuting every morning / evening (Home > Work and Work > Home), the system should be able to automatically label the future ones as CommuteIf I am hiding some activities from my feed (eg. all Commute ones), the system should be able to hide them in the future as well 

Hello, can you please athletes select which top 4 clubs they want to show up on their profile page before clicking on clubs and displaying all of them. Seems to be random but would be awesome if it could pick which ones we want displayed 24/7 on our profile page. Thanks for your time and consideration 🤙 

Although not as old or iconic as the Boston Marathon, the New York City Marathon has grown to be the biggest marathon in the world with more than 53,000 Finishers in 2019.  The inaugural race, held in 1970, consisted of multiple laps around Manhattan’s Central Park. Hello Strava fam; excited to explore this community hub more.I have an idea that I would love to see become a feature. We need more personalized physical tokens in our lives! If I earn a KOM, or become a Local Legend, or do a Century/Marathon…I would love the option to pay $2.99 for a small personalized sticker…or pay $19.99 for a T-Shirt to be shipped directly to me. **bleep**, if it’s a really big deal, do a trophy!Make it a 1-Click process right after I upload/complete the ride; have all of my credit card info and shipping info pre-filled. It should be a impulse purchase and then a delightful surprise when it shows up.What do you think?

I'd really like to explore this project, but it doesn't seem to work.There's an error that can be seen in the browser console.I've also found this reddit comment where others seem to have the same problem.It'd be awesome if this project would work again:)

Hello all,I'm new here and unsure if this is the right place to post my issue.  Perhaps it's been discussed before, if so : my apologies.Me and my friends are rather competitive and are the proud owners of several KOM's.  There is this guy who steals our KOM's on a regular basis, using a speed-pedelec on the commute.  We must have flagged him like 100 times the last couple of years.  We can't reach out to him via his profile because his settings are private.  Do we have to keep flagging him untill we die or is there another way to solve this issue once and for all ?Thx for your input.

I have a Huawei GT3 watch which I use to track my cycling activities. This goes into the Huawei Health app. I then use an app called Health Sync to transfer these activities into Strava. I do not track activities with the Strava app.This works as expected, tracking duration, distance, speed, heart rate and route in Strava.What fails is then syncing these activities to Google Fit using Stravas built in integration. For activities to show up in Fit I need to open each activity in Strava, use the "edit" feature and then save the activity again (don't even need to make any change). 

Hello Strava Administrator, and Strava Athletes Alike,Am I missing the obvious, or has the following topic been overlooked?  Strava awards accomplishments like KOM/QOM, and cups for Top 10 over segments.  Kudos!  But what about some new type of recognition for age-group leaders?  In virtually any real-life race or competition, age-group winners are also recognized in addition to the overall winners.  It seems like a no-brainer that Strava should do the same.  I know that subscribers get the age-group listing also, but a person has to look that up.  Why not award a virtual trophy of some kind as soon as the ride is uploaded to Strava so followers can see and acknowledge that accomplishment the same way it's done for KOM/QOM and Top 10?  People who get out there, and get out there and challenge themselves as they enter the upper age-groups should be recognized for that.  This seems too obvious to be overlooked by Strava.  Am I m

Normally when you think about a task or goal while you're performing it, time feels like you are moving in slow motion. I can't speak for everyone, but when I think about the daunting hill I have to run up just to get back home, it feels like my legs have weights attached to them. To conquer that mindset I know I have to get into a zone. You know the zone right? That feeling you get when you are pretty much on autopilot. Your body and mind are in sync and the thought of stopping doesn't exist. Some people need complete silence while others need their favorite song on their playlist to come on in order to get into a zone. I personally listen to audiobooks to occupy my mind while my body moves on its own. What about you? What method do you use to get into the zone while you're active?  

It would be great if the app would tell me when  a segments is starting and ending on bike rides so I can push it or try to beat the fastest. 

Hi my Garmin EPIX gen 2 juste got Power data in the new beta update (10.39 Beta) it all seems to work except no power data is uploaded to Strava when my Garmin Connect Sync (with Strava). Is this something I am doing wrong or just not currently working?Is someone else experiencing the same problem? Or find a solution? Happy for any help 😃 Best Regards Sam

Just joined the Strava campfire chat community, have been using Strava since 2019. I am a road cyclist from the US that lives in Nepal where the mountain bike is king haha.Since cycling is a developing sport here, Strava gives a great opportunity to compare times and help get the word out about cycling and all its benefits here. Thanks!Caleb Hubbard

I forgot to start my Garmin until halfway into my ride. Is there a way to correct the starting point on an in-and-out ride where the start and finish points are the same? 

The introduction of Strava Live Segments to the virtual world on Rouvy is an exciting new opportunity to ride segments at any time of the day, in any weather, and from any location around the world. While only a limited number of routes on Rouvy currently contain Live Segments, we eagerly anticipate the addition of more segments in the future. Hi!I had several activities synced to an old strava account that I had.I exported some of these activities by selecting "Export Original" and on a new strava account that I created I selected "Upload Activity" to upload the activities.The activities were successfully uploaded but on "My Stats" window on profile page the my stats are blank even after pressing refresh stats button.Is strava able to compute total stats from several uploaded activities from one strava account to another?If so kindly advise on how to do so.Thanks.
