Starred segments Since yesterday my star segments are mixed up. I was used to seeing alle the new starred segments at the top of the line. Now it's randomly placed making it almost impossible to look up later. Can this be put back?

Help please : I have just purchased a new iphone,  I added all the Apps etc inc Strava and now cant open the Strava as my email is no longer available ! So cant add a new e-mail as it asks for password etc. Devastated at the moment. My old phone still has the data etc etc on the old phone app. If anyone could help I would be v grateful  Peter T

Usually use Strava for outdoor walks. Today, I started a walk inside a mall. I was not expecting to get distance/speed info and I did not see the app displaying such info during the walk. After I saved the walk though, it does show a distance. Using Strava app on iPhone 13. No Apple Watch.

My Strava Paid subscription which I have for over 5 years does not show up on my Iphone. The Iphone only shows FREE subscription. What that means is NONE of my rides will show up or most of my followers on the Iphone will not show up on my Iphone App. I have unistalled, Reinstalled, Changed passwords and make sure both the PC and phone match. When I unistall and then re-install the App it does not allow me to fill the user name and password fields which is strange. Apple support says it's an APP issue. I have sent in numerous support tickets and have never heard back. Any suggestions?

On a smart trainer doing a zwift, RGT ride, it’s a virtual ride.  But how about doing an erg file workout on a smart trainer? Which sport type should I pick?

I have an issue, and I dont know if it is the right place to discuss it.  - All my activities from Samsung health are syncing to Strava as RUN. It could be Swimming, walking etc., still going to Starava as RUN.  Is anyone having the same problem? And who to report to? 

I’d really like to be able to label activities with children (much like shoes or commutes) to give a more accurate picture of speed with and without (and be able to show them how many miles they’ve done in one place)

Is it bug or feature that I cannot select for example Trail run when uploading activity but can when editing?

Hi, I’ve just started to take running seriously this year and I’m June I ran my first 10km in 1 hour 15 mins. That’s the longest I’ve ever run but I have now signed up for a half marathon for December. Does anyone have any tips at all for a beginner? 

Can anybody tell me why my GAP paces have stopped showing on my runs. I’ve looked through settings but I can’t find an option to turn them on. Thanks in advance

Is there a way of getting activities marked as walks or hikes to count towards annual target rather than having to tag them runs (very slow ones!) Any ideas welcome Mark

I've just changed to using a Garmin 255 (previously had a Coros Pace 2 and before that a Garmin 920) and now my track workouts (saved as a Workout on Strava) are showing very odd times (way too short) for rest periods between reps. It seems like it's now using moving time rather than elapsed? It has been working fine for the Coros & Garmin 920, both correctly showing the full rest periods on Strava. In Garmin Connect the activities recorded on the 920 & 255 both look fine with the correct rest being reflected, but when transferred to Strava the 255 data is being changed, whereas the 920 data isn't? Growing up Canadian, I was not tuned into the world of professional soccer (football). By “not tuned in”, I mean I didn’t know it existed.  Like most Canadians, I lived and breathed the sport of ice hockey, or as we called it, hockey. In a land where winter can be 8 months long, and every small town has at least one hockey rink, inserting the word “ice” was simply not necessary. bonsoir, j’ai remarqué sur trentaine de mes sorties que je n’étais pas classé sur certain segment effectué pendant la sortie. il y a bien mon temps sur le segment mais je n’apparais pas sur le classement …. tout en sachant que je suis en public . 

I uninstalled my app because I had no sound when using it. Unfortunately, I can't reinstall it from google play store. Someone can help ?

I ride a Computrainer which requires calibration.  Every time that I ride the CT and upload to STRAVA the warm up and Calibration is not included in the total kilometers because the actual event has not started until 15 minutes of Calibration is completed.I estimate that on every event or ride 20% of the total does not register to STRAVA.This adds up at the end of the year.Solutions??

I noticed after doing an interval workout from the fitness app on my apple watch that the intervals do not appear on Strava like it would with Garmin. Is this expected? 

If i record on the Huawei Health app it syncs right away. The Band 7 doesnt sync. Could it be that Band 7 doesnt record GPS? The Band 7 doesnt support the Strava app so it syncs to Huawei Health on my smartphone and then to Strava. I just got it today.
