I would like to be able to quickly view commute miles by the month or by the year. I have a gols to offset enough CO2 per year fro a round trip flight from San Francisco to London.

The issue IS NOT resolved as Strava attempted to claim 1 month ago on another thread, the same problem exists.This is what I’ve found, the heartrate will be maintained on the watch IF you’re on a setting involving distance, for me a bike ride or walk. If I choose Workout, or indoor ride it continually stops recording my heartrate and often just closes the app and sends me back to my home screen (on watch). Sometimes it NEVER regains the heartrate and I need to close the session and reopen another to get it tracking again. Developers, this shouldn’t be difficult. Do your proper testing, ask the right questions of users who are telling you what’s wrong. I’m seeing very little from Strava in response on this!! Not good enough. I’ve been a paid up member for 5yrs now, this problem has been carrying on now for at least 12 months. What am I paying for exactly?Can I get a refund or are you going to start listening and working with your customers?

I got a new coros and can’t connect it with my account because the email is inactive and from the past so I can’t change the password 

On the Home tab the search icon (magnifying glass) is pointing right. This seems odd. Especially cause when you tap it, on the page, the icon in the search input is pointing left.

Sharing my experience with Strava Support… TERRIBLE experience.  I’ve been a user since 2019 and premium since 2020, 5 years of recording thousands of KM in multiple sports. Really enjoyed Strava to see all my data and help me improve - reason why I paid a yearly subscription.  All of a sudden, someone steals my account (no idea how), changed my e-mail and password to his and deletes years of data… I regained access via Facebook but if you want to change the email back to you what happens? You need to provide the hacker’s passowrd - what a surprise!  You would expect, as a PAID user, to have some sort of immediate support, being this urgent and having ALL your personal and payment details in hands of a hacker!  It’s been 5 days, no one replies any ticket. The hacker is sending messages to my friends on Strava threatening to steal their accounts and guess what? Strava doesn’t care.  Now, if I create another ticket

I've reached out to support a few times with no response, so I'm trying here too.I was a long time Nike Run Club user, and I recently got a Coros watch. In trying to get my historical data from NRC to upload to Coros, I was unable to obtain .fit files from NRC. The data must be in .fit for Coros to accept it and populate prior activities. I've only been able to obtain the data in .tcx, a format per Coros that wont work, even though their upload page says it will.That brings me to Strava - I signed up and entered all my NRC data into Strava, hoping it would sync with Coros. Unfortunately, it seems Coros doesn't "back-populate" the old activites, only new ones in Strava. I see that on new activities, I can export one-by-one as .fit files, but those are already synced from Coros to Strava. I'm really hoping I can get Strava to export the prior acivites I manually entered as .fit files or find help in converting my NRC and Strava .tcx exports to .fit, so I can

As of yesterday 2025/6/10 about 6pm, Bulk Export fails to export uncompressed .fit files.In the activities.csv file, the filename is “#error#” and the file is missing from the export.These files were correctly exported with my previous bulk export 2025/4/24.All other file types (.fit.gz, .gpx, .tcv etc. all work fine).My export of about 3500 activities contains about 20 .fit files uncompressed.These are from old Garmin devices (Edge 705) from 2019-2022,and also from activities shared from another user which are quite short.The activities in question are still valid and editable within the web application.

Hi! Recently I've set my profile so that I can participate in Strava segments and I've found that an activity I did, the QOM and CR didn't register? These were activities were women haven't participated before but when I recorded they show up on the All-Tine leaderboard but not as the women CR which still shows as N/A??? I've tried refreshing and everything but was wondering if there was anything to do to fix this?

Hi,Strava doesn’t save heart rate after workout. It is connected to sensor, dispplays heart rate during workout but after finish and save - it is not displayed in App. All permissions are ok. Thx!

When “Workout” is selected, the calories burned are not shown and do not contribute towards exercise and move goals in Apple Fitness.Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi, I wanted to connect my Nike to my Strava. I did all the right steps to connect and when I get to the authorise page the box on the section “see my public profile (required)” is checked off but the highlight is not the same colour as the other two boxes and it says error at the top. I tried making all my Strava options open for everyone to see as I was private. But still it won’t connect??

I usually record my running activities directly with Strava, but I tried running with Runna for the first time recently and had it import my run into Strava. I also recorded on Apple Fitness, which imported into Strava. Why are the stats so wildly different across the three platforms? I looked back in my activity history and these discrepancies are a rather common occurrence with Apple Fitness imported activities. Now that I’m training for a race, I’m most concerned about getting an accurate idea of my actual pace.

A good feature to add would be able to select multiple shoes on 1 activity and be able to place a marker on the route of where you changed them as I have my Wu, session and cd on separate activities as I want to track the amount of kms I have done in my shoes. This would allow me to track the kms in multiple of shoes in a session while having 1 single activity. 

Using iOS 18.4.1when I bring up the Progress screen and scroll down, the screen is locking when the Monthly Activities graph appears. (The graph is not updated). This seems to have happened since 411.0.0 release. The only way to unfreeze is to close the app. Have tried phone power cycle and delete and reload app, but no change.Anyone else seeing this?

Dear Community,I recently did a run this week with a large group of runners.Strava had auto-grouped me with the other runners when I uploaded my activity into Strava.  However, I accidentally pressed the "Leave Group" for the run activity.Is there a way for me to manually add myself back to this Group Activity without deleting and re-uploading from my Apple Fitness?I did lodge a Strava support request (#3362083) but have yet to receive any constructive feedback. Strava simply advised me to refer to their FAQ page which doesn’t address this issue and this Community Hub page.Many thanks, team! Regards,Ivan   

Hi! My Strava statistics on my profile only show the distance I’ve covered this year from running, not other sports (hiking, walking, riding etc). Is there a way to fix this? Thank you! 

TITLE - Should say commute but I can’t now edit it.  All my walks on Strava can only be tagged as a commute. This also happens to my rides, but not every time. It’s the only option I am ever given when I set the activity type from being blank to commute.  it’s not possible to edit this after it’s been saved either. I still only get the check box for commute.  I’ve seen others say this is due to a connected device, or another app, setting it. However, I don’t have another device at all (just the iPhone I run Strava on) and don’t use any app that’s connected either.  Any ideas?

I’ve recorded my first golf activity on my Garmin Forerunner tonight & I can see the activity in Garmin Connect, however it hasn’t uploaded to Strava. Any help or advice much appreciated

I import data from my Apple Watch. But no matter what I do — turn off phone, turn off watch, log out of app — I haven’t been able to get anything to upload since June 7. Once or twice when I’ve turned off the phone one workout appears to be imported (I’ve done more than one since then) but it disappears when I try to click on it. Any advice gratefully accepted! 

I am a Huawei Watch Fit 3 user. prior to this issue, everything works fine. Whenever I want to upload my workout, I would just connect my heart rate smartwatch, then record my activity through strava. yesterday, when I after I clicked save the activity, apparently, my activity doesn’t record my heart rate trend during work out. Instead, when I scrolled to my activity—the heart rate page—it shows the information that implies there’s no heart rate stored during the activity. And I was confused, because during the workout, my heart rate broadcast was connected to strava and that I could see clearly about where my heart rate is at. today, I tried another workout (walking), because workout feature still doesn’t work. So I think, might as well just try another sport. After a few meters, I tried to upload, and my activity isn’t uploaded at all. When I pull the refresh, the processing activity just gone. i am currently participating in

I’ve been using the Polar H10 with Strava (recording directly on Strava) for a while, and it always connected fine. Lately though, I can see my heart rate during the activity, but once it’s saved, the HR data is gone. Pretty sure it’s a bug from a recent update.Anyone else having the same issue?

Hello,Long story short I needed to edit an activity in Garmin Connect but there is no way to push the edited ride to Strava. I have been trying to navigate editing the TCX file to reflect the details. I have figured out how to adjust the mileage and time, but can't figure out how to edit the elevation gain in a TCX file. Any suggestions?
