Hi everyone,I’m reaching out because someone has been harassing me on Strava by flagging several of my activities without any valid reason. It looks like a mass attack, since some of my friends were also flagged at the exact same time.All our activities are 100% legitimate, and this seems to have been done just to harm our profiles. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to contact Strava support directly.Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with Strava or report this situation properly? Any guidance would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help!

My activity on strava, also shown on Garmin, companion app, wahoo app, Zwift but not on strava. Have logged in and out, disconnected and connected again, turned phone off and on but no activity on strava. What can I do?

Why does Strava not have the feature to share directly to TikTok? 

I completed the Castelli “Never Stop Riding” challenge and when I went to redeem my promo code, it asked for name & email but then redirected me to their website rather than presenting a promo code.. I uploaded this on reddit and it seems like a lot of other athletes have the same experience/problem… I dont know who to reach out to for help or visibility on the issue… I’m sure I’m not the only one with the problem. 

I would like for my profile to only show my city and/or province, but not my country. Multiple friends have it this way, but I can not manage to show it this way. Is there any way to do it?

As a former road bike enthusiast, I’m not against road cyclists — far from it. I used to be one. But my body shape and back just couldn’t handle the crouched-over position anymore, so I moved to an e-bike.Since I started recording, I’ve ridden well over 22,000 km  — more than 3,000 miles just in the past few months — and lost over 50 kg along the way. My e-bike weighs 45 kg, so it’s far from a “free ride.” Every kilometer takes effort, commitment, and persistence. The motor only assists; it doesn’t pedal for me. I retired from the company and was using that email address for years. Since it is no longer valid, when I try to log in it states it send a code to the work email, which I cannot access. can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I need it back as soon as possible because i have a trip coming up.

Pretty much what the title says but until pretty recently in Recover Athletics when you completed an activity you had the option to append it to an existing Stava activity. That seems to have gone now. You can still upload to Strava but why take away the append to activity option...

How do i stop a company auto tagging their brand on my "How did it go section"?

For example, in my training today, it says the temperature was 23ºC. This temperature doesn't make any sense! The information should be the average temperature during the activity, or the maximum and minimum. I ran with a final sensation of 29ºC, but Strava says it felt like 23ºC. How can I solved it?

Good afternoon, I'm afraid I accidentally subscribed to the Strava app. When I opened the app, I accidentally clicked on the subscription because I thought it was a free trial because I wanted to try and explore your app's features. However, today (October 15, 2025) I received a text notification message from my account saying that I had made a transaction, when in fact it was not, it was an accident due to my own misunderstanding. I investigated my problem and found I was not alone. Today, I canceled my subscription and tried to submit a refund ticket. I searched the internet and social media for information about the procedure. So, I decided to contact you and try to consider my refund request because the money is the remaining money for my living expenses until the end of this October and I really need it back. I beg and hope that you grant my request as soon as possible, and thank you very much.

the latest lawsuit from Strava against Garmin is just another example of why I’m so glad I cancelled my Strava subscription 2 years ago. I don’t miss it and this latest lawsuit is why I continue to tell my friends who still have a subscription that they should cancel.

Dude, this app is bad enough with the stupid participation trophy of getting "Kudos" every time I take a walk or go on a bike ride. But now every time I finish a ride I have to watch this ridiculous full screen animation that fills the screen and gives me motion sickness to "congratulate" me? I did not sign up for Strava to have some robot give me a participation trophy every single time I go out for a walk or a bike ride. TURN IT OFF ALREADY! GIVE US THE OPTION TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE! I don't even want to click the notification icon to clear out the stupid "Kudos" every time I ride.  And stop calling them KUDOS for crying out loud. Is it 1982 where every thing is RADICAL DUDE! Strava needs to get over themselves. Most of your users aren't 12 years old. 

There is a user who has joined nearly every Strava Club. with very few exceptions everyone of his rides is recorded on a supposed Turbo Trainer, with no supporting evidence that he has completed the activity claimed. no link to Zwift or similar. He claims rides and distances that are simply not credible. recently he recorded two rides in one morning, for which there were simply insufficient hours to manage it. I have raised with Strava admin. who simply ignore the problem, other than to suggest his rides be flagged.  Any suggestions as to how to deal with such a cheat?

Cycling has always been part of my identity, and transitioning to an e-bike wasn’t giving up, it was choosing to keep going.But when I got home and checked my Strava stats, I noticed something that genuinely hurt: the miles weren’t counted. Not toward my annual mileage. Not toward my lifetime totals. Not toward the story I’ve been building with every ride.I understand the need to separate e-bike rides from segments and leaderboards. That distinction protects competitive integrity. But excluding e-bike miles from all ride statistics feels like erasure. For those of us riding with adaptive needs, whether due to disability, aging, injury, or simply a new way of moving, it’s not about competition. It’s about being seen. Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities.  They are cutoff.  The “read more” option is missing.  It is strange.  If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works.  If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing.  The text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug).  It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Bizarre!

My activites is not uploading to Strava from Garmin since the last update at Wednesday. Neither when they are connected. I have tried everything and it is not working/uploaded to Strava.
