hi ,  I am developing a SAAS platform for fitness community and as a part of that I want give a way for coaches to read strava activities of their athletes.  I am still developing this app so it seems I can connect with only 1 athlete .May I request you to increase this quota to minimum 20 so I can do proper testing before I roll this out for wider audience ?  RegardsSandeep 

Currently the maximum age group is 75 or older.I am now 81 soon to be 82 and I find myself competing with 75 year-olds - no fair!Please create a new / additional permanent age group of 80 and older.The current 75 and older group should become 75 to 79.Thank you!

I see in this forum hundreds of messages from people waiting for the Athlete Limit to be increased, I know it takes a few days, but people have been waiting weeks/months with no answer from the Strava team. I just wonder if the Strava Team is aware of this situation.

Hi everyone!I built a small app for my running club called Club Runners (club-runners.vercel.app) — it shows personalized stats, training insights, a world map of runs, club events, and an AI assistant that answers questions about your running history, all powered by Strava.I submitted the API access request to allow my club members to log in, followed up multiple times via email, but haven't heard back from the Strava developer team.Has anyone gone through this process and found a way to get a response? It looks like a huge percentage of posts over the past few weeks and months on here are about Strava’s utter silence regarding the Connected Athlete / Rate Limit increases that are going unresolved, and the non-response from developers@strava.com . Perhaps it could be helpful if everyone in this same boat (I’ve been waiting 7 weeks, with no response) to all post here, and we can coordinate a list of all Client IDs and what they’re wanting (Athlete Limit increase, Daily Rate Limit Increase, etc), and provide that to Strava to streamline for their developers (best case), or take it somewhere more visible online to draw attention to this situation (worst case, if things are still up in the air for a while). It’s not the waiting that’s necessarily the issue (although we all want to be able to move forward with our applications) - it’s the complete silence, and not knowing whether it’ll be anot

I have an IPhone 13, not sure if that’s the issue but i was able to login perfectly fine on my grandmas phone. But on my phone nothing would work, the app would take longer than expected to load and when i got a code sent to my email and i copied said code, nothing would happen. i couldn’t login or anything. 

Everyone here carefully asking what’s going on when they had their API requests waiting for weeks if not months (me included). This is ridiculous to be honest, there is no other way to put this. Not only the absurd waiting times but also the no communication at all. Like if I went quiet in my job for weeks what do you think would happen? Would I get a promotion, a cautionary “what is going on I hope you are ok” from my boss, or be fired? This is unacceptable 🤔

​@Emily_A Is there any kind of paid subscription or paid tier for Strava’s API?I’ve been waiting for my API limit to be increased, but it never seems to happen. I know you do a great job answering questions and helping people find solutions here, so I just wanted to ask directly whether there is any paid option available that would allow me to increase the limit. 

I put in a request to up my api access from 1 so I can have users beta test my new app. This was 3 weeks ago. How long does it usually take to get a response and the increase?

Joining the thread as we are facing the exact same endless radio silence. It has been over 2 weeks since we requested an athlete limit increase, and not even a single automated acknowledgment has been received.Because of this complete lack of response from the Strava team, our active users are suddenly getting blocked from syncing their runs, which is directly destroying our app's user experience and triggering negative reviews.Can anyone from the Strava Dev Team actually look into this thread and escalate live production apps? Hi All, I’d like to use the /activities/{activity id} endpoint to update my users’ activity descriptions with emoji and a link.  Other posts indicate that UTF8 is supported, so that’s good for emoji.  How should links be formatted?  Just standard “<a href=’https://example.com’>My Site</a>”?  Is there any additional documentation about what is allowed and/or supported in these descriptions?  The link below simply indicates the description should be a string. Thanks

I did an outdoor walk with peloton app and then a workout on my peloton bike and both workouts did not share to strava.  They have always worked before today.  What can I do to fix this?

I've submitted the access extension request multiple times over the past weeks but have received no response and the limit hasn't been updated.I currently have 1 athlete connected (myself) and cannot onboard any other user — which completely blocks my ability to beta test with real user

Idk if this has anything to do with the fact I barely have any storage left on my phone, but whenever I run and record it on my phone, the stats won’t show on the locked screen when I tap it. Don’t really know when this started, but before it was there and now I have to actually unlock the phone while running and view everything in the app itself. Is there a solution for this?

After the last map planner update (a week or two ago) it becomes a total mess:Heatmap is barely visible now (global and personal lines are too thin) The biggest issue is, elevation contour lines basically disappeared with 3D shading as well. The map has become unclear and resembles a dumb blind map. Another issue is that 3rd party plugin Map Switcher is not longer working.Any ideas which map planner should I use after these horrible updates? Thank you.

What I'm less sure about is whether the restriction also covers inference-only use cases, specifically:1.
