Hi, sorry if this topic allready has been coverd, then please send me an link =)I made a new garmin coach program for an endurance cyckling event over 4 day. The event is in 18 weeks and i have 4 training days each week, how can i implemnet/ transfer this into my strava traning program?

My Fitness and Freshness graph is missing my exercise data from August to December 2025.  As a result, the graph shows a declining fitness score and no activities between August 9/25 and January 3/26.  As a result, the Fitness score dropped to “0”.  All of the exercise data is present elsewhere on Strava (e.g. My Activites, Dashboard, etc.).  I checked Help and it suggested that I go to My Profile on the website and to Restore Data.  I have down this a couple of times, but it does not correct the error.  How do I get the Fitness graph to reflect this data and to provide a more accurate Fitness score?

Hi all - I just ran the NYRR Midnight Run. I recorded it on my Strava to have as a backup.I was (am) also registered to run the NYRR Resolution Run 5K (virtual) between Jan 1 and Jan 24. This will be the first of my 9+1 accrual in 2026.When I woke up on Jan 2nd I received an email from NYRR congratulating me on running the Resolution Run 5K. Aside from that, because I started Strava on my watch at 12:59, NYRR marked the Resolution Run 5K in their system as 2025 and it’s not counting towards my 2026 accrual.NYRR tech support told me that the fix needs to start with Stava.  On the NYRR end, all I will need to do is re-run the Resolution Run 5K (or upload any of the runs I’ve done this past week..)Strava tech support is taking their sweet time figuring this out so I figured I’d ask here.Is it as simple as me deleting the activity on my Strava app??  Is there anything else I need to do in order to unplug this run from NYRR?  I know they may have

Hello!I see that there are many, many Strava apps available. I am looking for one that will provide an MS Excel output report for a set of approximately 300 segments (which I have listed), showing which ones I am the Local Legend (and how far back the #2 person is on the leaderboard), as well as the ones where I am not the Local Legend (and how close I am to the #1 person on the leaderboard). Does anyone know if such an app already exists? Is there an efficient method to checking the available apps to see if there is one with such functionality?Thank you,Dennis

Why is this missing again this January?

Normally, the followers who had enabled notifications for me were displayed at the top of the list. As of today, I no longer see them. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I synced my ride from Samsung Health to Strava, however the data is way off.  The mapped ride looks the same on both apps, there is a difference however of 4 miles between the apps, Strava being the lower, whilst Samsung being correct, the other stats were all wrong as well, such as average and max speed.Samsung health uses my Garmin speed and cadence sensors, which I also have in Garmin connect, however Garmin connect doesn’t sync anything to Strava despite being enable.Does Strava interpret the data differently?  I was at a bike park, so did a few laps in the same area before moving on.  I assumed it would just upload the same data, clearly this is not the case, so I’ve disable sync for now, but would like to understand why it’s so different and if it can be resolved.

My cycling club is aiming to reduce its environmental impact.One of the things we do is to publish a weekly top three of distance, ascent and longest ride from all the club’s members’ activities.  This encourages members to try to increase their distances ridden or ascent climbed.Please could you add a tag riders or hikers can use called ‘Not the Car’ or ‘Car Substitute’ or something similar so all Strava users can also easily log and analyse the times they have cycled or walked instead of using their car.  We think this will add to awareness of environmental impacts and what steps people have taken to reduce theirs.  It could also feed into challenges. Many thanks 

Last month I was able to manually update my FTP but I tried yesterday and today and am unable to update. Every time I try it pulls up the subscribe page. Are free accounts now no longer able to manually update FTP, or is there a different path to do now? I tried both on my phone in the App and on the Website.

I am trying to purchase Strava + Runna Subscription via web login, price is coming in Euros while i am n india and need to pay via INR, but in apple store it is coming in INR, for some reason i need to pay via web login only, can someone help how to fix this ?

There a way to find out the total distance travelled on dirt and road for the month/year? 

Please, PLEASE, can you get rid of the photos on the heat maps!! I’ve suggested this before, but to no avail. I want to see my activity clusters on my heatmap, not random photos. It’s not a travel blog, it’s a running record. The photos just get in the way of the activity clusters and add no value at all. On the contrary, they are annoying.

Petition for Strava to add an option of hiding the recording devices’Cause why not? Why do we users have to display what we are recording with? What is the point?

Happy New Year, All.  As far back as 12/21/25, I identified all of my recent outdoor rides (with a power meter) are reporting in Strava (app & web) as 146w--identical on all of them.  My wahoo computer/Xert/TrainingPeaks/Wahoo app, etc. all report the same figures as the wahoo computer.Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it?Thanks!

I know this topic has been discussed before but why on earth you won’t allow your own links?! I am trying to publish a post on Strava Tax in the club that I run, sharing your own article. Your system even removes that! You can easily add a link safety check and not blindly block all links, including your own. Clearly, a strava.com URL should be safe. Usually when running I use my watch and it works without fault but today i did a 5km run using my watch, it didnt register on the app tho. Now I lost progress with my back to base challenge. Anybody know how to help

Every time I reply to a discussion with an image, I get a message stating a moderator must approve. My replies never get approved. Anyone else have this same issue? I'm simply posting screenshots of the Strava app to share information and help others.

In many groups, I came to notice some posts that seem to be AI generated from new user accounts. They look inofensive, but I don’t get the point of them and there seem to be no category to report them. They’re not spam, not dangerous, not harassment, not hateful, not misleading, selling nothing, etc.. Since they have no activities (or sometimes a tiny one), they’re not building social capital, selling coaching, farming kudos. Hello,I have been updating my activities (changing the activity type from “Ride” to “Mountain Bike Ride”), but when I click Save, Strava does not update the activity.  I would estimate that this happens in 1/3 of the updates.After I change an activity I have to verify that the change was made.  Sometimes I have to edit an activity multiple times for the change to be saved.I have been having this issue for a long time (a year or more) so it is not related to the recent AWS outage.This issue occurs on both the app and web. Has anyone else had this problem?  Has anyone reported it to Strava?  Am I doing something wrong?

Presently, rowing with EXR is force to 'virtual rowing', while rowing with ErgData is going under 'rowing' without option to change it to virtual rowing (not selectable). So my rowing, on the same machine, is under to different type of activity. It's a bit annoying. Can I suggest to force ErgData activity to be set to virtual rowing automatically, since it is virtual anyway. Thx.

The upcoming 2026 “January Walk 100k Steps Challenge” appears to have replaced the old monthly “Walk 50 km Challenge”. If I understand correctly, the new walk challenge will be based on steps rather than being based on distance. I would assume that means anyone who uses a GPS device without step measuring capability will no longer have a monthly walk challenge.
