I am new to Strava and trying to figure out if the premium version is worth it. I have previously used Nike Run Club.
A couple of questions I need help with..
1. can you view the heart rate zones on your Apple Watch whilst you are running? I know you can see the data after. Is it possible to see the time spent in each zone on Strava Apple Watch?
2. can you only see current pace if you have the premium version?
