Hello! My last 2 runs have no data apart from the time. I've turned location services off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled and turned the device off and on a couple of times (after reading about a similar issue in this forum), but nothing seems to help...
I also waited until my device (iphone) had connected to 4G instead of home WIFI before starting the recording, but it made no difference.
Any ideas on how to fix this? 🤔

Hello @Faye_
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear of this issue! From what you describe, it sounds like the GPS signal is not being acquired by the App.
Please perform a GPS reset on your device:
GPS reset instructions:
1. Close all open apps on your phone.
2. Then go into settings and turn on airplane mode.
3. Next, go to settings > general > reset and choose reset network settings (you will need to re-enter your wifi passwords!)
4. Once your phone has reset, go to settings > location services. Turn this setting off and then on again.
5. Finally, go to settings > privacy > location services > system services and turn setting time zone OFF.
Additionally, sometimes GPS data quality can be improved by simply giving your phone more time to acquire satellites prior to starting your activity. Make sure you have a clear line of sight to the sky (avoid obstructions such as tall buildings or trees if possible) and wait an extra 30 second ago before beginning to record.
Let us know if these steps resolve the issue.

I think that I have the same problem, the last two runs tracked only time.
GPS works fine in Maps tab, but there is no icon which opens map in Record tab.
I won't delete all wifi connections from my phone just because of this app, so I canceled Strava subscription instead.

In my case solution was much simpler than doing GPS reset - I cleared data stored by Strava app and logged-in again.
