that's what i've been trying to find out as well. it seems the answer is no. 
there is a way to have your google maps running on your watch. i set up a path manually step by step with several stops from my phone, and it automatically goes on the watch. but even then, the pixel won't have turn by turn voice prompts to remind you to turn

Hello ​@enreeco - thanks for your post and sorry for any confusion. You are correct - at this time, Routes on the Strava Mobile App do not include turn by turn directions. We do have an existing feature suggestion for that over on our Ideas Board. You can view it here and we would welcome your vote and any comments you would like to add.
