Issues uploading ride

Hi 

I am still having issues with my rides uploading .

I have  a Garmin edge 830 and until 2 weeks ago was working great , complete ride - save - then it automatically uploaded to Strava .

then it stopped . I followed advice and deleted Garmin connect then reinstalled, this never worked .

i I had same issue with Apple Watch - tried using Strava that way - also still not uploading.

Advice I was given was log into Garmin on a pc save ride then upload to starva .

this isn’t practical and defeats the object of a portable device .

please can someone help ?

If you have a failed or missing upload, please follow the instructions below:

You can then upload files directly via this page: https://www.strava.com/upload/select

If you see any error messages, please take a screen shot and let us know or reach out to the third-party company if it is a file error. Please submit a support ticket and include the file that is producing the error message or is not uploading.
