✓Dark Mode !!

It's 2022 and most apps have Dark Mode nowadays. It might be a bit weird to use Strava when not working out... But looking at the segments the night before to plan out the next run is a thing. Please make us literally lose less sleep when doing this, or when recording an activity in the evening.

This has consistently been the top request on reddit.com/r/strava

I want dark mode more than "new and exciting features" because any new feature isn't that fun and exciting to use if it's so bright! Especially at night.

Can anyone of you give an answer to all of us who are begging for two years now what is the status and why did you remove dark mode back in the days? Or where are these screenshots coming from?

Not only do they not care by ignoring us, they slapped us in the face by adding more white space.  So, they hear us, but decided to be assholes.

When I opened the app after the update and saw the wall of white, making the UX even worse... I couldn't help but laugh, whoever you had hired me for those recent tech/ UX jobs you had posted well, you hired poorly.

Rumors has it that the Beta program allows us to test it. I signed in for beta tester yesterday, however I couldn't find the option. Is it available or am I blind ... from all the white lights ? pun intended

Thanks for the question.  

Beta access for Dark Mode and Athlete Intelligence is limited to in-person attendees of Camp Strava.  We look forward to releasing these features to all users later this year!
