Deleted Activity PR’s Not Updating

More of an annoyance than anything. Uploaded the same activity form my Edge and Watch. Deleted one, but the one I kept shows a “2nd Fastest” time on segments where it is actually my PR (it had picked the other activity as the “PR”). Does it correct at any point?

Hello @RJY 

Thanks for posting about this. There's a couple of things you can try to correct this situation.  First, try refreshing the achievements on your activity as follows:

Refresh Achievements On Your Activity

  1. Navigate to your activity page on the website (this feature is not available in our mobile apps)
  2. Click on the Ellipsis dots icon (three dots button) located on the left-hand side of your activity page
  3. Click on "Refresh Activity Achievements"

NOTE: By using this tool, you will be rebuilding your activity's achievements to reflect current leaderboard standings, which means you may lose trophies if you no longer hold that particular rank.

For more information accompanied by helpful images check out our article: Refresh Activity Achievements

If that doesn't resolve this, please try changing your activity type/sport type to something else (for example canoe or E-bike). Save those changes and then change it back to activity type ride. That will cause the activity analyzer to re-run and should refresh the PRs.
