Since end of November, Apple Fitness workouts are not shown anymore in Strava.I double checked the permissions, relogged int Strava, resetted permissions, it just doesn't work anymore.I can see the workouts in my history and can also try to reuplad, but they are not shown anymore since end of november.Latest versions of iOS (17.2) and Strava are installed on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

I've been getting back to my Peloton morning rides and have both my Peloton synced up to Strava as well as my Samsung Health app. Lately, when I ride my Peloton, my Peloton workout automatically syncs to Strava just fine. However, when I open my Samsung Health app, it doesn't show up. I've waited for up to an hour or two for it to sync from Strava to my Samsung Health app, but it just doesn't get there. I can go into my Samsung Health app setting and toggle the Strava service off and then back on again and it'll sync almost immediately, but it's kinda annoying to have to go into my Samsung Health app and toggle my Strava connection off and then back on again to get my Peloton workout imported properly. Any thoughts on why it might not be automatically syncing from Strava to my Samsung Health app? It used to sync automatically when I was riding about a year ago, so I'm not sure what changed other than some sort of update may have broke it...

Hi all, I have been having an issue with uploading activities which I have recorded on my Wahoo Elemnt which are stationary indoor rides. The Elemnt file is fine, showing the correct duration of the activity and the accompanying power and hr data. The file aslo uploads to TrainingPeaks fine, correct duration with power an hr data. The issue is that when the activity uploads to Strava, Strava only displays around 15 minutes on a 1 hour ride, and all my intervals are missing or incomplete. I am immagining this is Strava viewing the file and cutting out sections of the ride where the GPS data from the Elemnt shows no movement, however I have no idea how to get Strava to stop being "clever". Does anyone have any experience with resolving this issue? Thanks in advance,

I subscribed to Premium mostly for the extra features. But I find them not very user friendly. I have to either go to the browser and find the page, or open the app and navigate a few steps to find F&F. Would there be any way to find my fitness score or effort via  widget or notification or even API request?The app could give some daily report to help you train more or less. Counting kilometers is really not useful.Thanks! 

Hi all, I went for a run yesterday, forgot to start the run as a trail run. When I got back and ended I realised so I changed the run to a trail, but the moving time and my pace doesn't match previous trail runs I've done on the same route. Is there a way you can recalculate these when editing a run to a trail?

As an IVF doctor, my days can be quite busy, but cycling has been a constant companion for the past 10 years.This Sunday, I'll be turning 54 and I find myself reflecting on the joys and challenges that cycling has brought me. Despite not being an expert cyclist and being somewhat overweight, I've actively participated in various cycling races over the years. Though I must admit, uphill rides are not my favorite!I'm really looking forward to connecting with other Strava users and hearing about their experiences on the platform. Being a part of this community feels like a new adventure for me, and I'm eager to share and learn from all of you. I had Samsung galaxy watch s3 frontier which was on tigen os and I had an awesome watch face showing the weekly progress graph, but now I am using Galaxy watch 4 which is on WearOS ,and the watch face isn't available , why is that??   here the watch face which isn't available in Samsung galaxy watches which runs on WearOS, please add this watch face to WearOS ,

I have Amazfit GTR4 and during the last month I have some issue to upload from ZEPP to STRAVA...just with swimming pool session!so...to upload Swimming session must I have gps on? or are there any problems with Strava?

Most of the time the Strava fitness graph drops 1 point on days without activities. When reading about the way the Strava fitness graph works this 1 point drop per day is the way it should behave.However: a few times per month the score drops 2 points in a single day. And this seems "unfair" 😉 😉. Does anyone know why this 2 points drop might happen? 

Hi, I recently purchased a new watch (Garmin Epix 2 Pro) specifically to record more accurate analysis of my workouts on Strava but all that now shows are the time it took and the calories burnt. There's a whole load of stats recorded on the watch and Garmin Connect but that doesn't seem to transfer across. I've read a few similar posts and can confirm that my weight etc are all complete on my profile... any suggestions?    Thanks   Simon

We use a Strava club to manage our High School MTB team (like many teams). However, the members include parents and coaches in addition to the athletes. Keeping track of athletes progress is difficult since there's no way to filter out the parents/coaches. It would be wonderful to 'tag' the members and then filter based on the tag but until then, does anyone know of a 3rd party tool that uses that Strava data to do something similar?The ultimate goal is just to see athlete-only data on a weekly basis.

My wife (65) has an iPhone 8 with 98% battery, it's quite new, but it runs out on long runs so she is trying low power mode that I setup. This allows her to stream a radio station and strava to keep going in excess of 6 hours (she needs that when she tries a marathon).  The announcement comes through starting run, but there is no kilometer announcements so she doesn't know how far she has run. If I take it out of low power mode, the announcements are back. I have looked at the iPhone notifications settings and they are all on for strava and have looked at the in-app settings and they also say the notifications are on. My question is simple: Is there some way I can ensure the kilometer announcements remain on when the phone is put into, or goes into, low power mode? Thanks for any help. Kevin

Hi, first of all I haven't updated this app for a while and there's no problem with the old version. But yesterday, when I tried to update it to the latest version (336.11), there seems to be a bug or something wrong with this latest version. I encountered a few issues:The routes/maps are messy and also the max speed is nonsensical.On the homepage, none of the activities from my friends that i followed are appearing.Can someone please provide a solution, thank you 🙏 

On Stava's grow your brand site, they recommend use of a shared email address or group for club admin. I've included the verbiage and link below. Has anyone done this? I take this to mean you've got to create a fake Strava user and assign the group email to that user. Is that correct?https://business.strava.com/blog/grow-brand-strava-clubsAppoint an employee(s) as your club admin. Tip: If possible, use a shared email address or distribution group, as opposed to an individual employee's email address, for your Strava club to allow easier management across a team. 

My runs from Peloton come over but the 'best' distance and times I have run don't seem to come over despite pace etc showing on the workout.Is there something on my side that I need to add or is this function not possible with Peloton treadmill running?

I noticed when uploading today that my weekly bicycle mileage is no longer available for my free account. I now have to keep track by hand or by looking at my bike club link to see what the mileage is. The feature has been replaced with the following. 

I've just had a spin class (while wearing a chest heart rate monitor) and, when finishing the activity, I chose a wrong sport by mistake (I don't even know what it was anymore). After editing that (I've tried a bunch since, but it's on "workout" now), it shows an elapsed time of 30+ minutes (which corresponds to actual active time), however it also accounts for a distance of 0.37km (a bunch of jagged lines around the building) and a matching moving time of 5+ minutes, leading to big distortions in the heart rate data and graphs. As I understand it, the "workout" (and others) category should ignore the distance data, no? Perhaps the fact I at first chose a sport that accounts for distance permanently screwed it up and is not being corrected even by editing it? Any suggestions?

Hi, hoping that someone may be able to assist me with this! Beginning of the year I bought an XOSS cycle computer and ANT+/BLE speed+cadence sensors. This setup worked great by using the xoss app to export data to Strava, however, I also wanted to record HR data. Jump forward to a couple of days ago, and I bought a Galaxy Watch 4, installed the Strava app on it, and tried to test a few cycling sessions with it, however there is a problem! Strava gets the speed/HR data from the watch just fine, however, if I'm recording with both the watch and the XOSS computer/app, rather than combining the data as one would expect, so I would have speed, HR and cadence, two activities are created, and in the app it says I cycled with.... myself... One has the speed/cadence, the other has speed/HR, and the distance logged to my account is doubled. Given that the recordings are timestamped, shouldn't the app be able to work out that since both my galaxy watch and my phone (which

After upgrading to IOS 17, my Strava app changed the language to Japanese. I've tried suggestions from this post (making sure the phone language is set to English or changing the default language) but with no luck... how can I fix this?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have an Apple Watch SE. ever since the new software was downloaded I have been having issues with Strava. It will not start my activity right away and sometimes it will crash and reload mid run.  Am I the only one with these issues?
