You misue the metric system and I want you to correct your user interface language. Example Check out this post on Strava from The Strava Club. https://strava.app.link/pMyMogGuKCb In above:k = 1000, m = metre. Don't break the metric system. You should write 1 km, 5 km, 20 km. Lower case k is not short for kilometre.

I’m a little confused. I am a longtime Strava paid subscriber but I don’t use community resources much. I recently started riding the VeloDrome in my town. On road rides I use both apple watch and wahoo element to track activity. What’s the best way to record inside a covered VeloDrom. It’s under an inflated dome.

I'm new to Strava and I'm trying to view my heart rate data for a workout on the website (not on mobile, my phone is no good for that). So far I can only find this one tiny panel, with no hashmarks or zones, no way to expand it vertically (although there is horizontal zoom), no cumulative stress evaluation, basically nothing. Is there somewhere else in the web app where I can see the same heart rate data with more detail and context? Thanks for any suggestions!

Good morning from Yorkshire, England !  I love to Road cycle, club & solo to explore, enjoy fresh air and company. I cycle between 60-100 miles per week, whatever the weather (almost!). I also walk around London a lot as it’s quick and you get to observe a lot more. i look forward to learning from the group. Thanks !

hello, i am running a club and have just discovered that the leaders this week have logged in distances that are too long to be true (for example, 50km in 6000 steps). Strangely the activities were not flagged automatically. How do I resolve this issue?

Good afternoon all, trust you are doing good. Does someone know, why my Suunto 9 baro shows incredibly big altitude numbers? Measured height (at starting point) as of 74 m is correct, but the accumulated altitude metres during the ride are too much (1316 metres of accumulated altitude for a 80 km ride, which is actually quite flat....). Hi,I work for a charity, and we are running a challenge in September. I have set up a club and expect to have approx 100 people. As this runs from 1-30 September, is there any way to calculate the distance travelled by everyone in the club over this time? I see the leaderboard runs weekly, but is there any platform, upgrade or addon that would allow me to automatically track the group for a month, rather than doing this manually weekly? Thanks, Diane

I am over 75 but in Strava the oldest age group is 75 and over which includes folk who have not put in their DoB. Strava defaults this to 1900 so they become over 75.

Hi I'm Adam. I have been a Strava user forever but only recently became a paying member. I am happy to join the community for my first chat. I am turning 72 years old on Saturday and have been actively cycling for the last 16 years. I am overweight and not very good at cycling and really hate going uphill! I have participated in many road races - and question my sanity every time I do - but always come back for more. This is my first time talking to anyone about my cycling on this forum.  

Hi,is there any way to make Strava speed calculations accurate 100%? I was thinking about pairing Strava with some cyclocomputer that uses a classic magnet piece attached to the spoke. However, after my research, I found that Strava can be paired only with cyclocomputers that use GPS to calculate speed/max speed. That sucks a bit. Is there any other way to have speed calculations right?  

after downloading the activity to the diet, the segments are displayed, according to the KOM time, but they are not entered in the table of the best and no one else can even see the segment, how is this possible??

I have a query. I have been using Zwift to get fit for mots of this year and I must say Strava does an excellent job of keeping tabs on my activity. However on Saturday I did a road route recorded on my Garmin bike computer. It is uploaded on Strava but does not appear in my activities calendar. Can someone tell me why that is? I would appreciate it as the route was quite strenuous and I wouldn't like the effort to go to waste? 

Hello Ive been a Strava user for a number of years, and have always used the average pace function - my average pace across total distance run - to track my runs i seem to have automatically been given a preview subscription and now, when I run, I can only see average split pace per km rather than average pace across total distance  please can somebody tell me how I can go back to seeing the previous stat whilst running  thanks alex

Does anyone know if I can define the size of the splits? By default I can chose between 1km or 1mi, but it would be nice to really define other distances.Even better, it would be awesome to define time splits instead of distance one. That would allow, for instance, to train 1 min splits for fartlek series

Hello, can someone explain me why strava is messing with my routes uploaded from cycle computer? 1. I'm recording my routes (commuting in a big city ) with my gps bike computer (iGPSsport BSC100S) with a speed sensor on a wheel. It has an app where I can see the results via bluetooth. For example todays route I drove: 12,2km, 30:40 moving time, avg speed 24kmh2. Computer's app is linked to strava and it automatically uploads route to strava when I save3. That exact same route on Strava has 20% worse results: 12,1km, 35:03 moving time, avg speed 20,8kmh.I tried manually export .gpx, .fit and .tcx to strava and each file extension has different results! .tcx are total mess, it tells me that I was driving 85kmh  (vmax) and shows 29min time.Speed sensor are calibrated with gps reading and correct wheel size

Hello guys, I just broke my 5 kilometre record but STRAVA doesn't recognize it, yet it recognizes 1 mile, 2 miles and 1km... I don't understand why, there is no private/hidden zone on the course and I tried to refresh the data but without success... Can someone help me on this? Hello, I have a Polar Vantage V2 that synchronize and share all my activities on Strava. It works like a charm. However, I would like to share some activities (for example: running) and not others (for example: swimming). In Strava's settings, it seems that it is "all or nothing". I wish I was wrong.
