In the ride segment https://www.strava.com/segments/35185845?filter=overall the first place is an indoor ride https://www.strava.com/activities/4587913987How can such a thing be possible? From the look of the ride and its constant speed it really was indoor. Is that some glitch where a virtual ride was tagged wrongly?

When I complete a Zwift ride and its is automatically uploaded to Strava, I can see the segments I rode. Then, puff, second look at Strava later on, they are all gone! Others on the same ride still have the segments showing. On the web page I don't see any segments for my ride and on the app it tells me 'No segments on this route' (yes there were!). If I tap that sign, I get a message to check my email for a verification email that never arrives. (Yes, my email is the correct email in settings). Any ideas what is going on? Thx.

Hi,There seems to be an issue with HR and other data such as map and pace no longer displaying on Strava with activities uploaded from the Apple Watch.My Yoga activities stopped having HR data - although it’s shown in the activity in Apple Fitness. I'm sure the new feature called best efforts is helpful to many users.  However, I am a para-athlete and am unable to run.  That being the case, I have no information showing in best efforts despite the fact that I workout with my handcycle 5-6 days a week. Is there any way to change what category the best efforts displays.

I have seen friends and family that get a strava monthly recap email on the 5th of the next month that gives stats and info about what they did. I do not get this email and it’s not going to spam or anything. I checked email preferences and I have everything on. What can I do? 

Why don't gravel rides count towards the monthly cycling distance challenges???

Hello, on all activities of mine and those of followers I now have white grid squares instead of photos of the actual activity.  I have logged in and out of strava app and in and out on my phone. is there a solution to this? Thanks! 

requested my data download through my profile, which I can retrieve once a week, and when you press the button, I normally receive an email to download within 30 minutes.I requested my data last week, but have received NO email. I download the data every week, and use it to track my followers.I have waited a week and requested the data again last night, and again no email has been received to download my data.I have emailed Strava twice about this, and not received a response. this happened a couple of months ago, and strava support emailed me the link.please can someone help.  

The acitivties that I record via my Strava app are not synced with the Strava website (only my bike ride of last week) the fitness activity and walking activities are not synced. This also causes troubles with the connection to Garmin.Does anyone know this problem and found a solution yet?

Hello everyone, newbie here.Question - is there a way on the Strava app to record how much of your run was walking? For example, you do a 5 km run but stopped a few times to walk, is there a way to see how much walking you did versus running? Thanks in advance!

I had to reset my phone and i forgot my account to login. I found my monthly payment in my google account but when i try to log in its a new account? I would be happy if i get my old account back. All my activities or on that. 

In Strava Routeplanner (which STILL is not available on mobile..), there seems to be no way to temporarilly hide the planned route to see the features underneath. This needs to be added. This is almost standard practice by now if you look e.g. at Komoot or BRouter Web which both use "M" as a hotkey to temporarilly hide the route while the key is pressed.

Hi,From what I've read you are using Mapbox as the company to provide mapping and they are using OSM for surface types. I would like to ask you how often do you update your surface types in Strava Routes? I'm asking because I wonder if it's worth editing surfaces in my neighborhood so it's visible for everyone in Strava Routes. Sometimes it's quite annyoing when drawing a route, riding it and after that someones says that you could go nicer path somewhere because it is smooth tarmac and on the Routes it was marked as dirt..Cheers,Filip

I've already contacted Strava support about this issue but got nowhere.The the past couple of months the app (android , and yes already uninstalled and reinstalled and still have same issue) randomly will not save map type or commute tag, it will just save as a standard ride.So this morning whilst saving my commute ride I notice is I choose ride as commute and then set map type the app removes commute option, so I then reset ride as commute but app then removed map type choice?? Anyone else having this issue? Tom

My phone app says my fitness is 63; my PC says it's 56. I not as interested in the absolute numbers (just the trends), I'm just surprised they don't match.On my PC the data goes back to Jan 2016 but the phone only displays back two years. Even at two years ago, the fitness numbers are different. In 2016, I was simply riding and had no power meter or smart trainer. Starting in Nov 2017, I had a smart trainer and in May this year I bought power meters. I've been using a HRM the entire time.I do understand the smart trainer and power meters will make a difference - measuring real power output vs. estimated numbers. But shouldn't this all be consistent across the two platforms?

Anyone think taking photos while biking with your phone is dangerous? I’m a camera guru and passionate about most forms of biking. I love taking cool photos and posting them to my Strava activity log. But I find phone cameras and other sports cameras on the market to be either dangerous, not cool, or uncomfortable. Anyone have input on this topic?
