Imagine how awesome Strava would be if you could also use it as a dating app hahaha 

1 question : if I cancel my subscription in Strava from member to non member can I keep my data and pictures? 2 question : without the subscription does the map mode can be activated in order to find my ways?

Hi Strava members,I have a very strange problem going on and the people at Garmin have told me it is a Strava issue and I have yet to have Strava figure it out.IF you have 6 minutes to spare, can you please watch this screencast video of a 5 week problem and if you truly think you know what is going on, I'd love a solution.  I have tried everything imaginable but Garmin is telling me it is a Strava server malfunction of pushing 99 Strava Live segments to my Garmin Connect every time I such then to my 1040 thus not allowing me to use my device for live segments.click for this screencast video I made..  thanks! https://www.loom.com/share/a6ef342fea7b44429bbd8d231099d424Thanks!Barry

Witam. Czy jest możliwość zgłoszenia nie uczciwego zapisu segmentu, mam na myśli sytuacje gdy ktoś włącza strave zaznacza że jedzie rowerem a w rzeczywistości jechał motorem ,samochodem, e bike itp, niestety jest masa takich nie uczciwych zapisów o czym się przekonałem porównując wyniki

If I flag a segment will the User who be notified of who it was?

Currently, I have 1,242 activities on Strava. Each 20 activities are displayed on my activities. So, it is difficult to find out my old activites. When I want to go on my 900~920 activities, I have to click 45 times. Could you change to easily go on wanted pages with 20 activities such as 1, 2, 3, 4..... page number?I wish that "Search" feature will be changed. Currently, I can search the activities only when I write down the words completely. For example, I want to search for all activities with "20" on them. But, activities with "200k" are not searched.Thanks.Hojin CHA 

1. How come all my rides are now listed as """virtual rides""" and I can't change that?2. When I'm doing Interval training the table of Interval data has NEVER been correct.3. How come if I have GPS turned off for part of a ride, Strava only counts the time GPS was on?4. How come with GPS turned off (which is the default for me) Strava can't tell the difference between 'time moving' and 'elapsed time', making everything 'elapsed time' and skewing all my other ride stats because of that? (I have to work around this before uploading data)Strava people, you keep pressing me and everyone else for a Paid Subscription, but with the above problems alone I've been right on the edge of just deleting my account entirely, I don't actually need Strava at all for any of my training, it's just so people who know me can see what I'm doing. Why can't you fix how buggy your site is. then maybe you'll get more interested from someone like me to pay for it?

Hello to you all, I'm Dave, leisure cyclist and happy gym type person, not a fanatic but very keen to keep myself as fit as possible and firmly believe that even a little later in life we can improve and achieve great things. Hi All,I’m just wondering if anyone is able to help. Strava has logged my run at 22:52 however it says it’s my third best 5k at 24 minutes+ which makes no sense. I’ve never seen this before, and wondered if anyone else had?thank you in advance

Hi,I have added the stava app to my Apple watch but for some reason, it does not show the swim logo when I want to use it for a swim. It has outdoor run, outdoor bike, outdoor walk indoor of each of those three, hike, nordic ski, and workout. how can I put swim onto it?

Hi. on a slow lap my average wattage is much too high. how is this possible? i entered my weight 88kg and ftp 330 on zwift. i don't have power meters on my bike and i use a garmin explore hope someone can help me

Hi — I have a v weird glitch happening. I have segment audio notifications on so when I’m running I get the notice of half Km / times. That works fine. But after I have finished running, hours later, when the app is actually closed, I get random announcements of completing half a Km and a random time. Loudly on my phone.  I am not moving, I properly finished and uploaded my previous workout and the app is closed. Last night ut did it 9 hours after my run while I was in a play and my phone/ watch were in theatre mode. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to the Strava Community Hub.  We're so glad you're here. If you're new here, this is a Community ritual we like to keep going each month to have you come and introduce yourself. Share whatever you're comfortable with, whether that's what activities you like to do, what you're interested in learning from other Strava athletes to help you go further, or just a random fact about yourself. A few things about me: 1) I'll be celebrating my 10 year work anniversary with Strava next month 2) I'm super happy that spring time is almost here in the Northern Hemisphere 3) I was just gifted a book "At the Edge: Riding for My Life" by Danny MacAskill.  For anyone not familiar with Danny, he's a Scottish Street Trials cyclist acclaimed for daring stunts.

I tried Apple TV (recently I got aware that I no more need to take a macbook to the TV, dropping sweat on it, if I switch to an Apple TV device and I immediately bought one) and found two cases where my virtual rides became physical rides in Strava:1) Kinomap on Apple TV is very limited, it doesn't export rides and I created a manual activity in Strava. Maybe I was ambisinister and didn't find how to do this the right way, but my manual activity was created as (physical) ride2) I tried some app called PsychoRide, it failed to upload to Strava directly, so I uploaded to Training Peaks and exported a gpx from there to upload to Strava. I suspect that somewhere around Training Peaks my virtual ride became physical rideNow I know (c), but these two rides are unnecessarily physical ones

Hi all, will Strava add live segments to the Samsung Watch5?. I can't seem to enable this anywhere.  I know Garmin watches support this but it's not on Samsung watches as of yet.

Dear Strava cummunity,I have the problem, that a running strava activity "blocks" my dynamic island. Normally you can swipe to the right to remove it. That works with all other apps, but not with strava. The compass arrow reappears immediately, so it is not possible to display another activity if strava is running.I can not use strava any more, because I use the dynamic island to view my heart rate. Thats not possible if strava is running because of this behavior.I think this is a bug of the strava app. Or any possible solution?Thanks!Michael

Hey, Gang: I’m 75, and train seriously. Yesterday and today I pr’d on several local segments. The main page indicated that I had a pr for several segments and the times for the segments were correct, BUT my age group (75+) shows an older time (a few months prior). I repeated the same segments today and pr’d again, and the same thing happened: Strava indicates my correct time, but my age group (75+) shows an old time. It’s the same issue on the all time and the this year’s portions, as well. Here’s what I’ve done to try and remedy the issue: 1) Waited 24 hours (no change); 2) Deleted the biking activity, and reloaded from Garmin; 3) Repeated the same ride the next day (today), but no change; 4) Reached out to Strava to talk with support, and sent photos (they haven’t responded in any meaningful manner (just promises); 6) Logged in, and restated the program. Hello! 🙂 I have an issue with syncing two of my activities. I can see that the activities are reflecting in my feed and other people can see it as well. But the syncing status is never complete. I tried logging out and logging back in and  updating the app. But it never seems to disappear. It's been 2 days now. Any idea what could be the issue here? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Please bring back the KOM category icons in the athlete KOM lists.  It was a quick and easy way to see and differentiate actual climbing koMs from flat segments and others.

1. Everything fine after my new garmin 265 upload the activitiy to Strava , but strava didn't show the data is from 265. However my old 945 does. anyone got this problem too?2.  Is it possible to change the data field from Calories to Average HR?
