What Date does Strava use to determine age group cohorts?

Hey All,

First post to this group.  Does anyone know if Strava groups us into age cohorts using our actually calendar birthdate, or does it use the more common "racing age" of 12/31 of the year of our birth?  Thanks.

Thanks for this question.  On Strava we use your actual birth date entered on your profile to determine what age grouping you fall into.
