Hello! I have one question though! When I go to the gym for a spin class, I can't directly add the distance covered to my profile? Am I not able to do it or is it not possible? Every time I have to manually add the spin workout and the distance, and it's not convenient.Can you explain this to me or provide a solution? Thanks!  

Seems that in the website heatmap, all the availble sports are shown, including eMTB. But this is NOT the case in the app (latest version in iOS). Why such outcasting to this sport? It really gives the impression is done on purpose...(And I'm both an MTBer as well as as SL-eBiker....).

I am a paying user so please don’t answer with “subscribe ….”. I use an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything is updated, Strava app has been re-installed etc. Strava doesn’t show the church speed during cycling any more. When I start it takes at least a kilometre until a speed is shown at all. But right after showing it, it freezes for a few minutes. That issue repeats. So I never have the actual speed.  Curiously, the distance is shown correctly. I assume it’s not an gps issue. Has anybody a solution?

Hi All, Yesterday my Strava went crazy and added nearly 1Km to my usual running track.it means that now my Personal Bests are impossible to beat and all my statistics are affected.Is there a way to keep the activity without it affecting the statistics or changing the distance without cutting the time?is there otherwise another way to fix the issue?thanks all and have a great day!Andrea

Premium Subscription subscribers (and arguably, ALL users) should have ALL their photos and videos accessible and visible to both themselves and their followers.The 100 image limitation is bull**bleep**. It did not originally exist once they introduced photos/videos. We should be able to infinite-scroll through our own or other person's image/video timeline to enjoy all their experiences.100-images is basically 10 runs/rides only. This is some serious cheap-skate nonsense from Strava for the purposes of saving some coin on AWS blob storage.

Hi, i hope someone can help me, I've realized the last few days that I'm not receiving any notification from strava, even if a workout has been uploaded. I've un-install the app and re-install it again, I've allowed all the notification but still getting the same problem.  Any idea what can be the problem?  It's on a Samsung S20.

I have made ten routes to circle the state of Louisiana, in ten days.  I'd like to connect all ten routes, into one route.  Is there a way to do that?

There's a user who keeps uploading activities without having ridden them on a proper bicycle. It's a velomobile and therefore has almost no wind resistance. He sets KOMs on flat segments almost every single day, no matter the wind condition - with heart rates consistently low and sometimes not even pedaling. I have asked him nicely to properly designate his activities - no response. I have flagged all his activities - he unflags them and has started flagging some of mine as a response. I have already opened a ticket to report this user but I do want to make sure that such blatant acts of cheating and flouting the user guidelines are properly handled and the user's profile blocked. Strava maps are a main part of my Strava use. I lead a cycling club with road rides ranging from 15 to 40 miles and have over 40 routes in my account (probably adding another 20 in the next two months). It would be amazing if two updates were made to the routes section of Strava:1. Add search options to the page so I can sort by distance, or only look for routes in a set distance/elevation gain range2. Add a quick option to create the reverse of a route and save that separately. Sometimes loops get repetitive and being able to have the reverse option of it is enough to add a mix into training.

I'd like to either delete my privacy zone over my home address and rely on the hidden start/end of activities, or make it smaller.Strava warns:By deleting this address, all past activities that started and ended here will be fully visible in accordance with your privacy controls. Are you sure you want to delete this address?So will all my previous activities revert to my current rules (400m hidden start and end) including those from before the hidden start and end was introduced?  Or will they be fully visible to everyone/followers only depending on that setting?Thanks

I think it would be neat to see activities populate on the map. Let me explain…Someone posts an activity (anyone, not just someone you follow) and it shows up on the map where the activity occurred with their profile photo. You could filter the map by activity, zoom and pan to search specific areas of the map, etc. You could also filter between people you follow and everyone on Strava. This would be incredibly useful for getting real-time condition reports from people who were actually there (backcountry skiing, whitewater, surfing, hiking, etc.). It would also be useful in figuring out when certain areas of the map are most popular so one could avoid the crowd, or join if they want more folks around. There are a lot of great applications for something like this. Instagram does it with photos, I don’t see why Strava can’t do the same with activities!

Hello Strava.I'm new to this app as I've looked for a different solution to track my caloric output during training sessions. I had heard that this was a good option for many sports and activities that I do for cross training (running, weightlifting, walking, yoga and HIIT) that support my Martial Arts practice. I had been using my Apple Watch to track calories but it is too big and dangerous to use while sparring and jiujitsu grappling so I moved to a Coros tracker in conjunction with Strava.I'm currently a black belt in mixed martial arts based in tae kwon do, brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing and western boxing. Looking forward to interacting with Strava!

Since a few days the heatmap doesn‘t include my trailruns (only under all activities). I‘d like to see them together with my road runs in the heatmap (or have finer grained options to select the sub-types) as it was before. Combining this with cycling activities makes no sense for me.

Hello everyone!Recently I used Strava to drive along a GPS track and saw that there was no option for voice messages saying, for example: turn right, left, continue straight, et.Strava only tells me meaningless things like: you stopped, started riding, resumed riding. It doesn't make sense because I know such things myself...If there are such options in Strava, where to look for them in the settings? And if they don't exist, I think it's a big minus compared to other cycling programs.Please help!J.  

I wonder if Strava can address the following annoyance with the route editor: I am trying to plan a route in my neighborhood - mostly to know what mileage to expect when I go for a run. In my neighborhood many streets have sidewalks next to them on the map. I find that Strava route editor is absolutely unable to jump from a street to a sidewalk next to it or, for example, to cross a street. These are quite neighborhood streets with almost no traffic that pedestrians cross at will. It seems silly that Strava makes a long detour to a nearest intersection just to cross the street there as shown in the picture above. The only solution that I can find is to switch to a manual mode. In the screenshot attached above, I've clicked on the sidewalk. If I click on the road then it can make the turn without the detour, but then later it is still unable to jump from the road to

I've already done everything according to the guide in the settings, also reinstalled. But still no subscription.The support also does not answer me, I checked the spam folder. Subscription is not available for a month, although I paid for a year at the beginning of the month.

Hello dear creators of Strava! I am writing to you because of the latest update with Strava routes, they are very poorly generated, they are of the same type and do not correspond to the requests at all. I understand that the developers wanted to do the best, but I kindly ask you to return the previous version of generating routes for a premium account.

I am having trouble syncing Apple Watch activity of Pilates and pickleball to the Strava app. I have forced closed the Strava app on my watch and closed the Strava app on my phone, but still no interface of data. Syncing of runs and rides from watch to Strava app on phone works fine. Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated. 

 Since yesterday the mobile map function is not working and I can't retrieve new and saved maps. I opened a ticket but no answer so far. Any idea on what's going on
