So I have been a subscriber for over 10 years and I got my email from Strava this announcing an inflation busting pricing increase. The justification that the price has largely remained unchanged (well only if 100% increase over the years counts as unchanged) and that the increase is justified because of all the new features (and lets be honest when was the last time they launched a game changing new feature? 3D Maps? hmm I would probably not notice if that was dropped)So what does the community think? Are Strava are abusing its monopoly position and profiteering? Are we going to suck it up? I have been a premium subscriber for over 10 years and the only time they put a foot wrong before was when they changed the feed - but I now see that pure greed is clearly their mission rather than inspiring and connecting athletes around the world.Thoughts?

I have looked all over and still can't figure this out. I created a segment, made it public, and would like to share this with friends. How do I do this?? I'd like to send them a link but don't see how I can do this.

Hi.I started riding on Strava seriously this week after getting some upgrades for my bike, and I was surprised i managed to nab some KOMs. They weren't impressive, but I was happy. Only issues - they were both from the same guy, and everytime I beat one of those KOMs I get instantly flagged a few minutes our hours later. I have three activities which have been flagged so far, and a support ticket (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/requests/2818445). I really need assistance as this abuse of the system has been ruining my experience. Can you help prioritize the ticket or is there anything else I can do to prevent situations like these?

Hi all!  I have been setting goals and tracking against them for some time.  I just started MTB.  I did a ride last and this week and the distance and elevation (my two goals) did not show these rides.  I went back and see that when you set a goal you need to choose - Ride, MTB, etc.  There is a feature to select All Sports which would have included both.  The Question is: now that I have a weekly goal that we originally set to Ride, how to I change that to add other activities such as MTB?  Thanks!

I hope somebody sees this and can help me. I am a college student, and was using the app to help track my half-marathon progress. Unfortunately, I became injured early when I had the free trial and am now not able to use this app after healing from several surgeries. I forgot about my free trial and was charged a hefty amount today, a price that I can not afford with my medical bills, grocery, and school tuition. I canceled my subscription immediately, but am hoping for a refund. I emailed and messaged, but am hoping I can get a soon reply before it gets too late. PLEASE HELP! Thank you so so so much.

Hi folks;I'm doing route planning for a charity gran fondo in Ontario Canada.  We're wondering about the idea of including a Strava segment on two of the routes.  We would do prizing for the KOM, QOM and perhaps fastest seniors participating in our event.I have a paid subscription to Strava - so I use segments a bit and have a few favourited for use on my wahoo, etc., but my question is - would ALL Strava users receive times on the identified segments on that day or ONLY the paid subscribers?Would I see segment times for free strava members even if they cannot see themselves?Idea would be that we would visit the segment pages on the website after the event and see who had the fastest time - award a prize - include this in wrap up ceremonies.Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone knows how Strava calculates 'watts' for an e-bike ride?Technically, the e-bike knows how much assist it is adding, but I do not know if it exports that data, or if Strava can access the data.My typical analog bike ride is about 150watts average, and the same trail (albeit 30% shorter time) is about 200 watts when on the e-bike. So, yes, I can assume I am getting a 50 watt booster from the e-bike over the ride. Was just wondering how Strava handles this.

For some reason, over the last couple of days I have had to log into this Community Hub pretty much every time I have opened the page.  I am using the same bookmark as I have since I started.  In the past, I remained logged in, but something has changed in the last couple of days.  Anyone know if that was a change to this page?
