Is there a way of flagging or changing mistakes in Starva's route suggestions, that come upon the home page from time to time.I've noticed some mistakes in Welsh route names where words are missed out, which results in the names of the routes making no sense and irritating.Cymru am Byth.  

Strava you have no rights to my exercise data. Nor do you have the right to try to charge me to access my own data. You will never get a dime from me as long as you continue to try to run this site by trying to coerce paid memberships. My Data is My Data. It isn't yours to try to hold over my head for money. Your business model needs a rethink.

Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?I have a GARMIN Venu 3 watchWhen I do my standard run, it shows Power Watts on strava, but if I do a test run, just turn on the workout on the watch and turn it off after 5 minutes, then the app shows “Heart Rate”. I would like the pulse to always show, how can I fix this, friends?

Hello Sträva users! I have recently created a Group Challenge that I am sharing with my work colleagues. I am able to see the challenge in the active section of the Strava app but I am unable to find it on the website version after I log in. I see all the other challenges I accepted but not the one I created and belong to. What I am I missing here?Would like to be able to bring it up at work and show the group progress but not seeing how to do so. Please advise.Thank youMark

Hi!I'm new to Strava - signed up to track my challenge progress for CRUK. I did my first run today using my apple watch. It recorded fine and I had an email congratulating me for my first run. The link in that email opens in the Strava app on my iphone and shows me my run. But, when I go back to 'home' there is no activity showing for me. So, I now follow myself! I've linked my Strava to CRUK and it's showing no activity.I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can someone please help!

I’ve been trying for nearly 2 years to reset my email and password as the existing ones are no longer usable.I have tried to get a response from Strava using both the in apps help support and emails.I’m only able to login through Facebook which I wish to no longer use.I would really appreciate it If someone could contact me as I’m finding things extremely frustrating as a financial member and getting no response. My daughter has a Garmin Edge and uses Strave.  We are many times in places with no cell service so the Find My App on the phone cannot track her.  Is there a way for her to share her real time location with me if she does  not have cell service, but I do?

hey guys! I just ran a long run and uploaded it from Garmin connect. It usually works fine but the run is not connecting to the stats on my profile. I checked to see it's visibility ect n it says it was fine- anybody else had this?  Thank you!

Has anybody else had problems with Fitbit?I’ve recently done 2 x 5km runs and the information from my Fitbit device has differed massively when it’s linked to my Strava account. I’ve just completed a 5km run in 27ish mins and when the data reached Strava it said I’d done 3.24km in 18ish mins. The pace was the same at 5’32”/km. I've already deactivated and reactivated my Fitbit to Strava and that hasn’t helped. has anyone got any ideas?

Help! My Strava is not showing an accurate distance, often adding on more Km. How can I fix this bug? Thanks:)  

I am a paying user so please don’t answer with “subscribe ….”. I use an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything is updated, Strava app has been re-installed etc. Strava doesn’t show the church speed during cycling any more. When I start it takes at least a kilometre until a speed is shown at all. But right after showing it, it freezes for a few minutes. That issue repeats. So I never have the actual speed.  Curiously, the distance is shown correctly. I assume it’s not an gps issue. Has anybody a solution?
