Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities.  They are cutoff.  The “read more” option is missing.  It is strange.  If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works.  If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing.  The text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug).  It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Bizarre!

This week (Nov 3rd - Nov 9th 2025) I had three activities of running. First on Nov 4th, 2025 12.12km and 1.01km and the third one is on Nov 7th, 2025 13.13km. In my profile activities appear the total mileage is 26.26km, but in my club’s leaderboard it only appears my 1.01km of running. Could anyone help me to overcome this problem? I’m afraid that next week will happen again like that. Thank you

In the Strava mobile app, when an activity description contains a link (URL) and is longer than the space shown in the activity view, the description is truncated — and the “...see more” (or “show more”) option no longer appears. As a result, the full text cannot be viewed in the app.Previously, it was possible to expand long descriptions using the “see more” link. This behavior has changed recently (oct 2nd it still worked). The issue only affects the mobile app; on the web version, long descriptions (including those with links) can still be fully expanded.So you messed up something with links in description in the last 4-5 weeks or did this on purpose?

Hi, what do you think about adding an option in Strava to show grouped notifications about weekly or monthly activities of people you follow, so you don’t have to scroll through thousands of your friends’ activities — similar to how Apple did it in iOS?

As a former road bike enthusiast, I’m not against road cyclists — far from it. I used to be one. But my body shape and back just couldn’t handle the crouched-over position anymore, so I moved to an e-bike.Since I started recording, I’ve ridden well over 22,000 km  — more than 3,000 miles just in the past few months — and lost over 50 kg along the way. Hello is there a water aerobics activity ? besides swimming? Every time I choose swimming it’s not accurate. And if there’s not should Strava add an option for it?

Dear Strava.I’ve been a segment creator for 10+ years.I’ve always make segments based on the actual tracks specially when these are MTB related.In your last update 10 months ago, around my area we lost many good segments in detriment to really bad ones that stayed, just because they had more stars, which was ridiculous.So I started making them again, tagging them with my signature which my friends now use to recognize the goog ones.Recently you deleted some classic ones that were good, but not mines because they were good 10 months ago, so there was no need for me to create another one.Now, with this last delete, you’ve left some bad ones which don’t start where the track actually starts, and don’t end where the track ends.When I tried to create the new and precise one, for a track I rode yesterday, I found out now it can’t be public. So we either stick with the bad ones, or write here on community hub for a solution.I think we need some capacity to moderate these segments, or be able

I got a brand new Google Pixel 9 last week and Strava keeps crashing. I can't open Maps or record a love workout. I have followed all of the steps that were recommended online. My phone storage is low. I cleared my cache and data. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. 

My app won't open, get mesaage on android saying has bug. Have tried clearing cache, restarting, uninstalling app and reinstalling but not worked. App not been oppening past half a day Thanks

My activities don't show up on my saved routes? How do I fix this, in order to re-use a previous route? 

Hello,I have been updating my activities (changing the activity type from “Ride” to “Mountain Bike Ride”), but when I click Save, Strava does not update the activity.  I would estimate that this happens in 1/3 of the updates.After I change an activity I have to verify that the change was made.  Sometimes I have to edit an activity multiple times for the change to be saved.I have been having this issue for a long time (a year or more) so it is not related to the recent AWS outage.This issue occurs on both the app and web. Has anyone else had this problem?  Has anyone reported it to Strava?  Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I was trying to build a route but I only get dotted lines and no real routes. Is there a problem somewhere? I've treid other browsers as well, but the problem remains.  

Today I was riding with a friend (both on e-bikes) same route and I have 4 segments missing? I have 6 segments showing to his 10 . Not sure how this can be? Is there anyway of getting these back to compare times etc.  p.s this isn't the first time this has happened  thanks

For months, people have been noting that routes disappear while in use, and saved routes do not show up in the app. What is the delay correcting these simple issues? 

Dear community, I started tracking my power best efforts ever since the feature was introduced in the mobile app a while ago. And today, I came across a really weird finding that to me seems more like a bug than anything else: For a segment I am tracking a lot, my best time is 9:11 avg 357Watts, however, when I look at the power curve of that ride, I see that indeed the 9:11 mark has 357W, but a shorter period 8min has a lower avg power of 354W. How can this be possible? Typically, the power curve graph should be declining with time, but for this ride, between 8 and 9 min marks, it is oscillating up and down.Has anyone experiencing this? And even worst, my best effort for 8min is only 350W Thanks for looking into this. 

Can I request for a refund? My account on strava auto deduct my gcash and subscribe on its own. Please i need refund 

Pretty much what the title says but until pretty recently in Recover Athletics when you completed an activity you had the option to append it to an existing Stava activity. That seems to have gone now. You can still upload to Strava but why take away the append to activity option...

This should be an option for paying users at the very least. It seems to be a new update today that everyone’s watch is now listed in the first line of their activity. Comes across as overt advertising and Strava trying to make every dollar they can. There’s also legitimate reasons some people wouldn’t want to advertise this (sponsorships, not using a watch someone gifted you, general privacy etc). With all the other things we can customize it feels inconsistent to not be able to edit this. Hoping for a change. Thanks! edit: I’m aware we can probably export the file and re-upload without it being tied to a watch but it shouldn’t have to be that complicated..

“Give a Gift” Subscription is back!The give a gift option is now available again in Strava website and app. You can find it at the top right corner in the webpage dashboard or in the settings page on the Strava Mobile App under the Account section, which is called “Gift a Subscription”. This is one good way to give others the gift of premium features in staying active using Strava.However there is one thing that is missing. It is currently not available in other regions, especially in some areas in the Asia Pacific. Some users might be confused or see it as a bug since upon clicking the Give a Gift button it only redirects you to the homepage or dashboard. This can be a loss to the Strava market, since there is a wide number of user in these regions. Opening this feature to all regions can be a great opportunity for Strava to gain more premium users, especially during this season of giving. 

hi all, i recently re-subscribed, and all of my activities have disappeared from 2021 until now, and my newer activities aren't uploading now! confused! Anyone know how to solve this? TIA

Good morning.My fenix 7S has stopped recording golf rounds. My last round recorded was Friday 9th May,  and I have played 2 rounds since then. Garmin golf is recording the round, but not with the same amount of data for the round, no shot recording now, which was automatic, and club selection. Checked setting and all still set to record.Further to this the garmin app has stopped recording the distance walked during a round. Not sure if I've had a software update at that time which has caused this.Anyone else getting these issues?
