My sister and I are are in a club that I had created for us, and we decided to a club virtual run as we are in different cities and wanted to motivate each other. We both started within 15 minutes of the planned start time, and ran the distance that I had set on the event.However the Event Insights says that there were zero show ups, despite us both having activities logged onto Strava doing the run and we had both RSVP'ed the run.I have read that it only says you show up if you are at the meet up/do the planned route, but this is a virtual event so there is no meet up point. Is this a bug? If not, why is this the case?

Hi,I run a Club on Strava. Each month I create 5 other 6 sessions, which automatically send out email notifications to everyone in my Club. Today, out of the 6 sessions I created, email notifications were only send out about 3 of them. What happened to the rest? How do I easily share the events with everyone without needing to manually invite each person?Thanks,

I am unable to add a starting location to all club events. Since this is a required field, I can’t add any new events to our calendar. Is there an easy fix for this?

There is a bug in Strava’s Club design wherein after 1000 people join a Club - admin and owners lose the ability to control the club’s size or member list. Our club has accidentally grown too large and we want to support our local community. But many people have joined who are international and have no connection to our nonprofit organization. We want permission control as admin and owners.

I am a member of a local cycling club and weekly we have club rides. These club rides have different groups (a - e) so that depending on your skill level you can join a different group. The start times can vary as do the routes that the groups will follow.  My request would be to make the events more in the style of zwift where each event has multiple groups and a person can select one of the groups to join. At this point there is the need to create 5 events for each which is overkill and I think it could be a lot more user friendly if a person selects the event for a club on a given day and under that decides on one of a number of groups that will ride that event. Thanks for the great work and hopefully this is something that could be added to your roadmap for the near future 😉

Good day Strava community,I’m hoping for some guidance.I’m in the process of creating an exclusive club on Strava for my company to help keep each other accountable and motivate everyone to get active. I’ve already created a test club to trial the functionality.When reviewing the Club “Stats” and “Leaderboard” sections, I can currently see the following measurables: Time Activities Distance Elevation gain Is there a way to customise or select different performance metrics for the leaderboard?Additionally, I’ve noticed that the leaderboard view only displays the current week and the previous week. Is there a way to track performance on a monthly basis within a club?Any assistance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Where to apply for a Strava club verification not individual verification.

I have created a club for Hiking but now would also like to include Walking Activities. It seems it is one or the other, unless I pick “multisport”.  I have read about sport groupings but cannot see them here.  Thank you Robert

Hello,Since a few weeks new members are automaticly added to our PRIVATE (running) group without approval by an admin.This behaviour has been changed recently, because previously we had to accept or deny a request for membership.Has anyone experienced the same and is there a solution?Now we have to delete frequently unwanted members, which are added without approval.Best regards,Peter

New member here, My name is Sanjay. I love the subscription features.I have noticed some features like heart rate zones breakdown over months and years of training is not available on desktop log in but available on cell phone app. Is that true? Also noticed, Strava not calculating my total time correctly compared to Coros dashboard. Not sure how to fix it.

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue where my recent activities are appearing correctly on my personal profile, but they aren't showing up in any of the Club activity feeds I'm a member of.https://www.strava.com/clubs/ultramad19I've already checked my privacy settings and they are set to "Everyone." Our running club is not showing any of our runs this week within the leaderboard. Nothing has been changed since last week, and all activities are showing in the feed. I managed to sync mine, by hiding the time on the entry and it has shown as 1/1 member which is incorrect as there are 8 members.is this a problem, or can anyone help? 

I am not able to see club leaderboard option on my android app. It was available last week.

Discovered yesterday/today that my mileage for this week is not showing on club stats leaderboards despite showing in club activities feed.  On closer inspection there are a number of others with activities in the club feed this week who don’t show on the leaderboard and at least one athlete who is on the leaderboard but with less milage than what they have completed this week.  This is not related to activity type.  This is not isolated to a single club.
